城市集中供熱優(yōu)化運(yùn)行及節(jié)能措施研究

【摘要】:近幾年,隨著環(huán)境污染問題的日益突出,城市集中供熱越來越受到人們的關(guān)注和普遍應(yīng)用。集中供熱是一個多變量、長時滯、非線性的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),主要包括兩個過程,即供暖熱源供熱量的輸出和熱網(wǎng)熱量的合理分配。傳統(tǒng)上,對熱源和熱網(wǎng)的控制多為分散控制,不能實(shí)時、準(zhǔn)確和全面地對熱源及熱網(wǎng)的運(yùn)作情況進(jìn)行綜合分析,導(dǎo)致在實(shí)際的供熱運(yùn)行過程中產(chǎn)生了許多問題,比如供熱量不足、熱量分配不均、集中管理自動化水平低以及能源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重等,這一定程度上限制了集中供熱的發(fā)展。本文針對以上問題,基于B市集中供熱現(xiàn)狀和面臨的問題,通過探討多熱源聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行、分布式變頻系統(tǒng)以及供熱計量技術(shù)的應(yīng)用推進(jìn)城市集中供熱優(yōu)化運(yùn)行與節(jié)能,以大力促進(jìn)城市集中供熱發(fā)展。首先,多熱源聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的水力和熱力過程相當(dāng)復(fù)雜,運(yùn)行調(diào)度的難度更是成倍增加。對于多熱源的熱網(wǎng),需針對多熱源聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的水力過程、熱負(fù)荷變化、熱源調(diào)度等方面進(jìn)行研究和分析,優(yōu)化運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定供暖。其次,通過分布式變頻供熱系統(tǒng)的研究及應(yīng)用,對于已建系統(tǒng),在不增加新的熱源和不擴(kuò)大既有熱網(wǎng)規(guī)模的前提下,利于在優(yōu)化供熱效果、節(jié)約能源、降低運(yùn)行費(fèi)用、適應(yīng)熱負(fù)荷變化等方面進(jìn)行改觀;對于新建項目,在設(shè)計、建設(shè)完善的節(jié)能供熱系統(tǒng)方面有參考價值,對推動熱計量改造的順利進(jìn)行具有重要意義。第三,基于普遍采取按面積計算熱費(fèi)的方式,已經(jīng)阻礙了城市供熱行業(yè)的發(fā)展,同時表現(xiàn)出管理效率低、浪費(fèi)能源、社會效益差等問題。因此應(yīng)用以“預(yù)付費(fèi)”為突出特點(diǎn)的熱量表的呼聲越來越高。分戶計量供熱系統(tǒng)可以通過設(shè)置熱量表和溫控閥使熱源供熱能力滿足居民的需求,居民根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)供熱,達(dá)到提高供暖質(zhì)量的目的,是我國目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和供暖現(xiàn)狀需要大力推廣的計量收費(fèi)方式,更加有利于熱用戶按需求使用、合理使用,促進(jìn)能源節(jié)約,實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化管理,具有良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly prominent environmental pollution problems, urban central heating is becoming more and more popular and widely used. Central heating is a multivariable, long time, nonlinear complex system, mainly including two processes, that is, heating heat supply output and heat network heat distribution. Traditionally, heat source and heat network are used. Most of the control is decentralized control, which can not be real-time, accurate and comprehensive analysis of the operation of heat source and heat network, resulting in many problems in the actual heating process, such as insufficient heat supply, uneven heat distribution, low level of centralized management automation and serious waste of energy, which is limited to a certain extent. The development of central heating. Based on the above problems, based on the current situation of central heating in B city and the problems faced, this paper discusses the operation of multi heat source network, the distributed frequency conversion system and the application of heating metering technology to promote the optimal operation and energy saving of urban central heating, so as to promote the development of urban central heating. First, multi heat source network operation is carried out. The hydraulic and thermal process is quite complex, and the difficulty of operation and scheduling is multiplied. For the heat network with multi heat sources, it is necessary to study and analyze the hydraulic process of the multi heat source network, the change of heat load, the heat source scheduling and so on, and optimize the operation to realize the stable heating. Secondly, the research and application of the distributed frequency conversion heating system should be carried out. On the premise of not increasing the new heat source and not expanding the size of the existing heat network, the built system is beneficial to optimize the heating effect, save energy, reduce the running cost and adapt to the change of heat load. It has a reference value for the new project, in the design and construction of a perfect energy saving heat supply system, and for the promotion of thermal measurement transformation. Third, based on the common use of area calculation of heat cost, it has hindered the development of urban heating industry, at the same time showing low management efficiency, waste of energy and poor social benefits. Therefore, the application of "prepaid" as a prominent characteristic of the heat meter is becoming higher and higher. By setting heat meter and temperature control valve, the heat supply capacity of the heat source can meet the needs of the residents. The residents can adjust heating according to the needs to improve the heating quality. The current economic level and heating status of our country need to be popularized in the current situation, which is more conducive to the use of hot users, rational use and promotion. Energy saving and scientific management have good social and economic benefits.
