基于BIM的裝配式建筑施工應(yīng)用管理模式研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)一直采用較為傳統(tǒng)的粗放型建筑模式,隨著建筑市場(chǎng)的日臻完善,裝配式建筑逐漸受到廣泛的關(guān)注。作為裝配式建筑與傳統(tǒng)建筑的主要區(qū)別,裝配式建筑的施工場(chǎng)所不僅僅是在裝配現(xiàn)場(chǎng),其施工場(chǎng)所已經(jīng)延伸到制造工廠。正是由于施工場(chǎng)所的延伸,使施工管理變得越發(fā)復(fù)雜,由傳統(tǒng)的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)單一管理轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楫?dāng)前的制造工廠、施工工地兩方的項(xiàng)目管理。此外,施工方式由濕作業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦勺鳂I(yè),由現(xiàn)澆轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠b配,也使得整個(gè)施工管理體系發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變。同時(shí),由于裝配式建筑施工工藝的發(fā)展,解決了裝配式建筑中存在的傳統(tǒng)問(wèn)題,如構(gòu)配件連接質(zhì)量以及大型構(gòu)配件的生產(chǎn)制造問(wèn)題,從而在一定程度上推進(jìn)了裝配式建筑的快速普及。但在普及過(guò)程中,隨著管理鏈的延長(zhǎng)、管理過(guò)程的增加,新的問(wèn)題不斷涌現(xiàn),如何在管理層面上協(xié)調(diào)裝配式建筑的施工過(guò)程,提高裝配式建筑施工管理效率,從管理層面上進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)裝配式的發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)前亟待解決的一大難題。針對(duì)裝配式建筑存在的管理復(fù)雜問(wèn)題,本文適時(shí)的將BIM技術(shù)引入到裝配式建筑的施工過(guò)程中,旨在尋求合適的基于BIM技術(shù)的裝配式建筑施工應(yīng)用管理模式。借助搭建的BIM模型平臺(tái),有效協(xié)調(diào)制造工廠、裝配式現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的管理,消除管理過(guò)程中的信息孤島效應(yīng),整合構(gòu)配件的生產(chǎn)制造、物流運(yùn)輸、臨時(shí)存儲(chǔ)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝配等一系列管理過(guò)程,為在裝配式建筑施工中應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行管理提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the construction industry of our country has been adopting the more traditional extensive building mode, with the construction market becoming more and more perfect, the prefabricated building has been paid more and more attention. As the main difference between prefabricated buildings and traditional buildings, the construction sites of prefabricated buildings are not only in assembly sites, but also in manufacturing plants. It is because of the extension of the construction site that the construction management becomes more and more complicated, from the traditional single management of the construction site to the current project management of the two sides of the manufacturing plant and the construction site. In addition, the construction mode changed from wet operation to dry operation and from cast-in-place to assembly, which also changed the whole construction management system. At the same time, due to the development of prefabricated building construction technology, the traditional problems in assembly building, such as the connection quality of construction parts and the production and manufacture of large construction parts, have been solved. Thus, to a certain extent, the rapid popularization of prefabricated buildings. However, in the process of popularization, with the extension of management chain and the increase of management process, new problems are constantly emerging. How to coordinate the construction process of prefabricated buildings at the management level and improve the efficiency of construction management of prefabricated buildings, From the management level to further promote the development of assembly, become a major problem to be solved. In view of the complex management problems of prefabricated buildings, this paper introduces BIM technology into the construction process of prefabricated buildings in time, in order to seek suitable application management mode of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology. With the help of the BIM model platform, it can effectively coordinate the management of manufacturing plants and assembly sites, eliminate the information island effect in the management process, integrate the production and manufacture of components, logistics and transportation, A series of management processes, such as temporary storage and field assembly, can be used for reference in the application of BIM technology in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
