部分預(yù)制裝配型鋼混凝土梁受剪性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)制作了15個(gè)部分預(yù)制裝配型鋼混凝土梁試件及2個(gè)全現(xiàn)澆型鋼混凝土梁試件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了靜力試驗(yàn),對(duì)處于正、負(fù)彎矩區(qū)段的部分預(yù)制裝配型鋼混凝土梁和采用蜂窩型鋼的部分預(yù)制裝配型鋼混凝土梁的受剪性能進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)分析試件的破壞過(guò)程、箍筋應(yīng)變、荷載-轉(zhuǎn)角曲線,對(duì)不同參數(shù)下試件的破壞形態(tài)、破壞機(jī)理和承載能力進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)合試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果,對(duì)影響預(yù)制裝配型鋼混凝土梁受剪性能的主要因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:部分預(yù)制型鋼混凝土梁中預(yù)制部分與現(xiàn)澆混凝土能夠很好地共同工作,部分預(yù)制梁受剪性能與現(xiàn)澆型鋼混凝土梁無(wú)明顯差別。
[Abstract]:Fifteen prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam specimens and two fully cast-in-situ steel reinforced concrete beam specimens were designed and manufactured. The shear behavior of partially prefabricated SRC beams with negative bending moment and partially prefabricated SRC beams with honeycomb steel is studied. By analyzing the failure process of specimen, stirrups strain, load-rotation curve, the failure mode, failure mechanism and load-bearing capacity of specimens under different parameters are studied. Based on the experimental results, the main factors affecting the shear behavior of precast SRC beams are analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated part and the cast-in-place concrete can work together well, and the shear behavior of some prefabricated beams is not different from that of the cast-in-place steel concrete beams.
