【摘要】：隨著養(yǎng)老建筑對綠色、生態(tài)、環(huán)保的要求越來越高,綠色養(yǎng)老建筑應(yīng)運而生。但是,我國龐大的建筑行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范系統(tǒng)中暫無有關(guān)綠色養(yǎng)老建筑設(shè)計、評價規(guī)范的“身影”,因此無從對綠色養(yǎng)老建筑的建設(shè)進(jìn)行合理的規(guī)范以及針對性的評價。在此背景下,本論文開展以下研究工作:首先,論文對綠色建筑相關(guān)的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及與養(yǎng)老建筑相關(guān)的設(shè)計規(guī)范開展調(diào)研工作,包括的新版《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T 50378-2014、《綠色醫(yī)院建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T 51153-2015、《城鎮(zhèn)老年人設(shè)施建筑規(guī)劃規(guī)范》GB 50437、《老年人居住建筑設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T 50340、《養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建筑設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB/T 50867等。隨后,對綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和綠色醫(yī)院建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的公共建筑評價指標(biāo)體系與綠色醫(yī)院建筑評價指標(biāo)體系從節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材、室外環(huán)境質(zhì)量、運營管理和創(chuàng)新七類指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較研究,總結(jié)兩大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的評價指標(biāo)差異。并且從養(yǎng)老建筑的場地規(guī)劃、無障礙設(shè)計、建筑室內(nèi)物理環(huán)境、建筑設(shè)備、基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施等方面研究其建設(shè)特點。在上述理論基礎(chǔ)上,對綠色養(yǎng)老建筑評價指標(biāo)體系的建立原則進(jìn)行分析,并以現(xiàn)行《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的評價指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合養(yǎng)老建筑的特點,構(gòu)建養(yǎng)老建筑的綠色評價指標(biāo)體系。最后,利用本論文構(gòu)建的綠色養(yǎng)老建筑評價指標(biāo)體系對上海佘山療養(yǎng)院建筑設(shè)計進(jìn)行模擬評價,通過與現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》評價結(jié)果的比較,揭示其在針對性、適老性均能很好的適應(yīng)對養(yǎng)老建筑的評價。本文的研究旨在為今后綠色養(yǎng)老建筑評價指標(biāo)體系的深入研究和建立提供資料和指導(dǎo)性建議。
[Abstract]:With the requirement of green, ecological and environmental protection, green pension building emerges as the times require. However, there is no "shadow" of green old-age architecture design and evaluation criterion in the huge construction industry standard system of our country, so it is impossible to carry on reasonable standard and targeted evaluation to the construction of green old-age care building. Under this background, this paper carries out the following research work: first, the paper carries on the research work to the green building related evaluation standard and the design standard related to the old-age building. The new edition of "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T 50378-2014, "Green Hospital Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T 51153-2015, "Urban elderly facilities Building Planning Code" GB50437, "Old people's Residential Building Design Standard" GB/T 50340, "Old-age facilities Building Design Code" GB/T 50867, etc. Then, the green building evaluation standard and the green hospital building evaluation standard are analyzed, and on this basis, the public building evaluation index system of the green building evaluation standard and the green hospital building evaluation index system are analyzed from the aspects of saving land, saving energy and saving water. This paper compares seven indexes of saving material, outdoor environmental quality, operation management and innovation, and summarizes the difference of evaluation indexes between the two standards. It also studies the characteristics of the building from the aspects of site planning, barrier-free design, indoor physical environment, construction equipment, basic service facilities and so on. On the basis of the above theory, this paper analyzes the establishment principle of the evaluation index system of green old-age building, and based on the evaluation index system of current "Green Building Evaluation Standard", combines the characteristics of the old-age building, Construct the green evaluation index system of endowment building. Finally, by using the evaluation index system of green old-age building constructed in this paper, the architectural design of Shanghai Sheshan sanatorium is simulated and evaluated. By comparing with the evaluation results of the current national standard, "Green Building Evaluation Standard", this paper reveals its pertinence. Aging can be well adapted to the evaluation of pension buildings. The purpose of this paper is to provide information and guidance suggestions for the further study and establishment of the evaluation index system of green pension buildings in the future.
