新都匯建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放幾十年來(lái),人們的生活水平得到了極大的改善,大力發(fā)展與完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)已成為新的社會(huì)需求。因建筑工程具有投資大、建設(shè)工期長(zhǎng)等特性,建筑工程本身存在著諸多不確定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,為保證建筑工程項(xiàng)目保質(zhì)保量的順利實(shí)施和加大建設(shè)企業(yè)的收益,急需加大建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。本文闡述了關(guān)于國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有關(guān)研究,介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析評(píng)估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施的有關(guān)知識(shí),通過(guò)以洛陽(yáng)市"新都匯"建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的三個(gè)標(biāo)段為為例,本文選用案例分析法、圖表分析法和歸納演繹法等方法研究了施工方在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中的有關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。采用專(zhuān)家調(diào)查法對(duì)在建項(xiàng)目的管理人員進(jìn)行開(kāi)放式的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所隱藏的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素發(fā)生的概率進(jìn)行識(shí)別,以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生后對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的影響的程度進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素評(píng)估。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管人員調(diào)查問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行收集,將項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行整理,最終可依據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素由小至大的順序建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)層次模型,在此模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立兩兩進(jìn)行對(duì)比的正反矩陣,采用一定的判斷依據(jù),進(jìn)而將所分析的因素進(jìn)行加權(quán)平均,最后進(jìn)一步的將第一層次的因素針對(duì)總目標(biāo)進(jìn)行排序加權(quán)平均,最終得到相對(duì)權(quán)重比率,并以此為依據(jù)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素相對(duì)重要性排序,確定各個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)于工程總體的相對(duì)重要程度,進(jìn)而將建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行評(píng)估和分析,為進(jìn)一步的采取相應(yīng)措施提供理論依據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)施工方所承建的"新都匯"前三個(gè)標(biāo)段建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的研究,最終得到了相應(yīng)的研究成果,為以后的有關(guān)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in recent decades, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and the development and improvement of infrastructure construction has become a new social demand. Because the construction project has the characteristics of large investment and long construction period, there are many uncertain risk factors in the construction project itself. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality and quantity of the construction project and increase the profit of the construction enterprise, It is urgent to strengthen the risk management of construction projects. This paper expounds the relevant research on the risk of construction project at home and abroad, introduces the knowledge of risk, risk management, risk analysis and assessment and measures to deal with risk. Taking the three segments of the construction project of "Xindu Huihui" in Luoyang as an example, In this paper, case analysis, chart analysis and inductive deduction are used to study the risk management in the process of project construction. Using the expert investigation method to carry on the open questionnaire to the managers of the project under construction, to forecast the hidden risk factors of the project in the construction, to identify the probability of the risk factors occurring in the process of the construction project. And the degree of impact on the construction project after the occurrence of risk assessment of risk factors. By collecting the questionnaire results of field managers and sorting out the risk factors existing in the process of project construction, the hierarchical model of risk indicators can be established according to the order of risk factors from small to large, on the basis of this model, The positive and negative matrix of pairwise contrast is established, and a certain basis of judgment is adopted, and then the factors analyzed are weighted average. Finally, the first level of factors is sorted and weighted average according to the total objective. Finally, the relative weight ratio is obtained, based on which the relative importance of risk factors is ranked, and the relative importance of each risk factor to the whole project is determined, and then the risk factors of the construction project are evaluated and analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for further taking corresponding measures. Through the research on the first three construction projects of Xindu Huihui, the corresponding research results are obtained, which provide a certain theoretical basis for the related construction projects in the future.
