【摘要】：國家考古遺址公園是新形勢下加強(qiáng)我國文化遺址保護(hù)的一種新模式,采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧⿲铱脊胚z址公園的旅游開發(fā)過程進(jìn)行政府規(guī)制十分必要。從我國目前的實(shí)際來看,國家考古遺址公園旅游開發(fā)的政府規(guī)制方式主要包括產(chǎn)權(quán)規(guī)制、準(zhǔn)入規(guī)制、價(jià)格規(guī)制和質(zhì)量規(guī)制。我國國家考古遺址公園旅游開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的政府規(guī)制方式的主要問題體現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)權(quán)交易規(guī)范缺失、經(jīng)營管理準(zhǔn)入比較隨意、門票價(jià)格形成機(jī)制模糊、工程建設(shè)中對環(huán)境影響評價(jià)的重視不足。針對這些問題,本研究立足實(shí)際,提出了對應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The National Archaeological site Park is a new mode of strengthening the protection of cultural sites in China under the new situation. It is necessary to take appropriate measures to regulate the tourism development process of the National Archaeological site Park. From the current situation of our country, the government regulation ways of the tourism development of the national archaeological site park mainly include property right regulation, access regulation, price regulation and quality regulation. The main problems of government regulation in the field of tourism development of national archaeological site parks in China are the lack of property rights transaction norms, the casual access to management, and the vague mechanism of ticket price formation. Insufficient attention is paid to environmental impact assessment in engineering construction. In view of these problems, this study based on the actual situation, put forward corresponding suggestions.
