【摘要】：樁基礎(chǔ)是處理軟弱地基、減少建筑物沉降的有效方法之一。隨著我國(guó)建筑業(yè)事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,樁基得到掛廣泛的應(yīng)用。但由于樁基是地下隱蔽工程,受施工工藝、地質(zhì)條件、建筑材料等諸多因素影響,任一環(huán)節(jié)的失誤,都有可能影響到樁身的質(zhì)量,從而直接影響上部結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。目前樁基質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的方法有很多,其中,采用超聲波檢測(cè)混凝土強(qiáng)度和缺陷,是在不影響結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)件受力性能或其他使用功能的前提下,直接進(jìn)行檢測(cè)并推定混凝土強(qiáng)度或評(píng)估混凝土缺陷,由于混凝土無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)具有直接、快速、靈活、重復(fù)、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工程檢測(cè)中得到了日益廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文首先闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于超聲波樁基質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的歷史與進(jìn)展,以及灌注樁常見(jiàn)的缺陷問(wèn)題,其次,通過(guò)介紹超聲波的基本原理,結(jié)合具體的工程實(shí)例,詳細(xì)分析混凝土中的聲學(xué)參數(shù)與混凝土質(zhì)量的關(guān)系。最后將灰色理論引入到超聲波質(zhì)量判定中,對(duì)超聲波質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中的各種聲學(xué)參數(shù)采用灰色聚類綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法,并且采用了實(shí)例分析和驗(yàn)證。得到灰色聚類判斷結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)方法判斷結(jié)果一致,證明了綜合判別法的準(zhǔn)確性;對(duì)于使用傳統(tǒng)方法判斷不準(zhǔn)確甚至無(wú)法判斷的現(xiàn)象,灰色聚類綜合判別法能達(dá)到一定的判別效果,顯示了其優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Pile foundation is one of the effective methods to deal with soft foundation and reduce building settlement. With the rapid development of China's construction industry, pile foundation is widely used. However, the pile foundation is an underground hidden project, which is affected by many factors, such as construction technology, geological conditions, building materials and so on. The failure of any link may affect the quality of pile body and directly affect the safety of superstructure. At present, there are many methods for testing the quality of pile foundation. Among them, ultrasonic testing of concrete strength and defect is done without affecting the mechanical performance of structure or component or other functions. Because of the advantages of direct, rapid, flexible, repetitive, reliable, economical and so on, the nondestructive testing technology of concrete has been widely used in engineering testing because of its direct, fast, flexible, repeatable, reliable and economical advantages, such as direct detection and estimation of concrete strength or evaluation of concrete defects. This paper first describes the history and progress of ultrasonic pile foundation quality inspection at home and abroad, as well as the common defects of cast-in-place pile. Secondly, by introducing the basic principle of ultrasonic wave, combined with concrete engineering examples, The relationship between acoustic parameters and concrete quality is analyzed in detail. Finally, the grey theory is introduced into the ultrasonic quality evaluation, and the grey cluster comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the acoustic parameters in ultrasonic quality detection, and an example is used to analyze and verify it. The result of grey clustering is consistent with that of the traditional method, which proves the accuracy of the comprehensive discriminant method, and for the phenomenon that the traditional method is not accurate or even can not be judged. The grey clustering comprehensive discriminant method can achieve certain discriminant effect and shows its superiority.
