【摘要】：隨著人們對(duì)生活質(zhì)量、居住環(huán)境要求的提高,以及精神追求層次的上升,人們居住觀念也開(kāi)始從單純的“生存需要”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤碍h(huán)境需求”,人類(lèi)生存環(huán)境呼喚著生態(tài)的回歸,他們對(duì)環(huán)境生態(tài)與文化的需求需要營(yíng)造人性化居住小區(qū)。從居民的根本需求出發(fā),關(guān)注城市中與大多數(shù)人密切相關(guān)居住小區(qū)的人性化空間環(huán)境。本文研究目的是通過(guò)人性化空間設(shè)計(jì)手段來(lái)營(yíng)造良好的居住小區(qū)戶(hù)外交往空間環(huán)境,以期為當(dāng)代居住小區(qū)的戶(hù)外空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)良好的、和諧的居住小區(qū),并達(dá)到促進(jìn)鄰里互動(dòng)的目的。本文以“雅居樂(lè)·小院流溪”小區(qū)的空間人性化設(shè)計(jì)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)小區(qū)的人性化空間進(jìn)行深入研究分析探究“雅居樂(lè)·小院流溪”小區(qū)空間的人性化設(shè)計(jì)中所體現(xiàn)的人性化原則,然后從空間和人性化要素這兩個(gè)方面對(duì)“雅居樂(lè)·小院流溪”小區(qū)空間人性化進(jìn)行分層次的研究。研究出“雅居樂(lè)·小院流溪”使用了哪些方法進(jìn)行空間設(shè)計(jì),并且具體的總結(jié)出人性化空間設(shè)計(jì)的想法和方法。論文第一部分介紹了研究背景,第二部分探究了現(xiàn)代居住小區(qū)的人性化存在的問(wèn)題原因并給出了對(duì)策,第三部分分析了居住小區(qū)的人性化空間的需求,第四部分研究了居住小區(qū)的人性化空間設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,然后第五部分總結(jié)和展望了居住小區(qū)的人性化空間設(shè)計(jì),第六部分著重研究了雅居樂(lè)·小院流溪的設(shè)計(jì)。研究表明空間設(shè)計(jì)必須要滿(mǎn)足人們的需求、居住條件和習(xí)慣,依據(jù)人性化空間的原則和方法來(lái)設(shè)定和營(yíng)造居住小區(qū)的生活空間和生活環(huán)境,構(gòu)建一個(gè)人和自然環(huán)境共同生存的和諧環(huán)境體系,有利于對(duì)鄰里交際起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's quality of life, living environment and spiritual pursuit, people's concept of living began to change from simple "living needs" to "environmental needs", and human living environment called for the return of ecology. Their need for environmental ecology and culture needs to create a humanized residential district. Based on the basic needs of the residents, the humanized space environment of the residential district is closely related to the majority of the people in the city. The purpose of this paper is to create a good space environment for outdoor communication by means of humanized space design, in order to provide reference for the design of outdoor space environment of contemporary residential district, and to create a good and harmonious residential district. And achieve the goal of promoting neighborhood interaction. This article takes the space humanization design of "Yajue Xiaoyuan Liuxi" as the research object. Through the deep research and analysis of the humanized space of the residential area, the humanization principle embodied in the humanized design of the residential area space of "Yajue Xiaoyuan Liuxi" is explored. Then from the space and the humanization factor these two aspects carries on the stratification research to the "Yagule Xiaoyuan Liuxi" community space humanization. The author studies which methods are used in the space design of Yagule Yuan Liuxi, and summarizes the ideas and methods of humanized space design. The first part of the paper introduces the research background, the second part explores the existing problems of the modern residential district and gives the countermeasures. The third part analyzes the needs of the humanized space of the residential district. The fourth part studies the human space design example of residential district, then the fifth part summarizes and prospects the human space design of residential district, and the sixth part focuses on the design of Yagule Xiaoyuan Liuxi. Research shows that space design must meet the needs of people, living conditions and habits, according to the principles and methods of humanized space to set up and create living space and living environment, The construction of a harmonious environment system in which human and natural environment exist together is beneficial to the promotion of neighborhood communication.
