【摘要】：隨著我國高校招生人數(shù)的不斷增多,學(xué)生公寓的床位也日趨緊張,不斷增建新的學(xué)生公寓已成為高校建設(shè)的必然和重要組成部分。華南地區(qū)高校近年發(fā)展迅速,除了中山大學(xué)、華南理工大學(xué)、暨南大學(xué)等老牌高校增建新校區(qū)外,更有新興的大學(xué)和國外優(yōu)秀高校引入華南地區(qū)。面向未來,隨著生活質(zhì)量的提高和社會的發(fā)展進步,學(xué)生對學(xué)生公寓的要求增加,學(xué)生公寓將承載更多的功能,如交往、溝通、學(xué)習(xí)、休閑、鍛煉、消費等。高校學(xué)生公寓的設(shè)計將面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展空間。華南地區(qū)屬于亞熱帶氣候,炎熱、潮濕是其重要的特征,該地區(qū)的建筑與其它地區(qū)相比有很多特色。由于學(xué)生在教室以外大部分的時間在寢室度過,持續(xù)的炎熱、潮濕必然帶來諸多問題。如何設(shè)計學(xué)生公寓,使公寓環(huán)境更適應(yīng)當?shù)氐臍夂驐l件,是我們迫切需要研究的問題之一。通過對華南地區(qū)高校學(xué)生公寓的調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有學(xué)生公寓還存在較多設(shè)計的不足之處,大部分學(xué)生公寓不能滿足學(xué)生多元化的生活需求和自主學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,更沒有提供多種類型的戶型單元選擇,以滿足學(xué)生對個性化的需求,也是問題之二。本文結(jié)合華南地區(qū)氣候特點及國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀學(xué)生公寓設(shè)計案例,從學(xué)生公寓的單元設(shè)計、組合方式、單體設(shè)計、組團設(shè)計等四個方面系統(tǒng)研究設(shè)計方法,嘗試總結(jié)一套具有較強可操作性的學(xué)生公寓設(shè)計模式。同時思考及了探索未來高校學(xué)生公寓的發(fā)展趨勢,提出影響未來設(shè)計的因素及可能的設(shè)計方法,力求為華南地區(qū)乃至國內(nèi)未來高校學(xué)生公寓的設(shè)計及其建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of enrollment in Colleges and universities in China, the beds of students' apartments have become increasingly tense, and the continuous construction of new students' apartments has become an inevitable and important part of the construction of colleges and universities. In recent years, colleges and universities in Southern China have developed rapidly. In addition to the new school areas, such as Zhongshan University, South China University of Technology, Jinan University and other old universities, it is more emerging. In the future, with the improvement of the quality of life and the progress of the society, the students' requirements for students' apartments will increase with the improvement of the quality of life and the development of the society. The students' apartments will carry more functions, such as communication, communication, learning, leisure, exercise and consumption. The design of College Students' apartments will face new challenges and development space. The Southern China area is a subtropical climate, hot and humid is an important feature. The buildings in this area have a lot of features compared to other areas. Because students spend most of their time outside the classroom in their dorms, continuous heat, and humidity inevitably brings problems. How to design student apartments so that the apartment environment is more adaptable to the local climate. The condition is one of the most urgent problems we need to study. Through the investigation of College Students' apartments in Southern China, it is found that there are still many shortcomings in the existing student apartments. Most of the students' apartments can not meet the students' diversified needs of life and autonomous learning environment, and not provide a variety of types of apartment unit choice. According to the climate characteristics of Southern China and the case of excellent student apartment design at home and abroad, this paper makes a systematic study of the design methods of the unit design, combination mode, single design and group design in four aspects of the students' apartment, and tries to sum up a set of students' Apartment with strong maneuverability in Southern China, which is combined with the climate characteristics of the area and the case of the excellent student apartment design at home and abroad. At the same time, it thinks and explores the development trend of College Students' apartments in the future, and puts forward the factors that affect the future design and the possible design methods, so as to provide some reference for the design and construction of College Students' apartments in Southern China and even in the future.
