基于非參數(shù)回歸的基坑支護(hù)動態(tài)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目前我國基坑工程由于受到建設(shè)場地大小的限制,其建設(shè)規(guī)模朝著越來越深的方向發(fā)展。隨著深基坑工程數(shù)量與規(guī)模的增加,深基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性受到人們的更多關(guān)注,F(xiàn)有的深基坑施工方法有順作法和逆作法之分,但是無論采取何種施工方法基坑工程在設(shè)計(jì)與施工階段便面臨許多不確定因素如:地質(zhì)條件、地下水情況、天氣變化的影響、場地周邊環(huán)境、施工人員管理等,其中首要問題就是土體參數(shù)選取的復(fù)雜性。因此基于工程勘察所得的土體參數(shù)進(jìn)行基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)(靜態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)),可能是過于保守的從而在經(jīng)濟(jì)性上并不合適。其次在深基坑的施工過程中,對土體本身造成了擾動從而導(dǎo)致土體力學(xué)參數(shù)發(fā)生了變化,施工場地周邊環(huán)境也會隨之產(chǎn)生改變,按勘察所得土體力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行的原有支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)可能因?yàn)檫@些變化隨之變得不再安全可靠。為了能解決目前基坑靜態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方案的不足之處,我們可以采用動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的理念來進(jìn)行深基坑的施工設(shè)計(jì)。所謂的動態(tài)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理念即在施工過程中根據(jù)實(shí)時監(jiān)測反饋得到的信息來對土體參數(shù)進(jìn)行反分析,根據(jù)反分析所得土體等效參數(shù)對施工工藝以及原有支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)整,使得施工設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到更加安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)的目的,并不斷優(yōu)化改進(jìn)的過程。其中在動態(tài)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)過程中對土體參數(shù)進(jìn)行反分析方法的選取尤為重要,因此本文提出了一種基于非參數(shù)回歸的反分析方法為深基坑支護(hù)的動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)提供新的研究思路。本文的動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)理念是基于均勻試驗(yàn)和非參數(shù)回歸技術(shù)建立響應(yīng)面,在響應(yīng)面的基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)實(shí)時監(jiān)測得到的反饋信息,結(jié)合Monte Carlo模擬技術(shù)對土體參數(shù)的取值進(jìn)行反分析,用反分析所得等效參數(shù)對原設(shè)計(jì)的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化調(diào)整。并將該方法應(yīng)用于樁錨支護(hù)和內(nèi)撐環(huán)支護(hù)兩種不同的實(shí)際工程案例中,用動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化后的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)方案與原設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行對比分析,以證明該方法在深基坑支護(hù)動態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)中具有較好的普遍適用性。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction scale of foundation pit engineering in our country is more and more deep because of the limitation of construction site size. With the increase of the quantity and scale of deep foundation pit engineering, people pay more attention to the safety and economy of deep foundation pit supporting structure. The existing methods of deep foundation pit construction can be divided into normal and reverse methods. However, no matter what construction method is adopted, many uncertain factors such as geological conditions, groundwater conditions and weather changes will be faced in the design and construction stage of foundation pit engineering. The complexity of selecting soil parameters is the most important problem in the environment around the site and the management of construction personnel. Therefore, the design of foundation pit support structure based on the soil parameters obtained from engineering survey (static design) may be too conservative and therefore not suitable for economy. Secondly, during the construction of deep foundation pit, the soil itself is disturbed, which results in the change of soil mechanical parameters, and the surrounding environment of the construction site will also change. The original support design based on the mechanical parameters of the surveyed soil may become unsafe and reliable as a result of these changes. In order to solve the shortcomings of the static design of foundation pit, we can use the idea of dynamic design to design the deep foundation pit. The so-called dynamic optimization design concept is to carry out back analysis of soil parameters according to the information obtained from real-time monitoring feedback in the construction process. According to the equivalent parameters of soil mass obtained from back analysis, the construction technology and the original support structure design are optimized and adjusted, which makes the construction design more safe and economical, and the process of continuous optimization and improvement is optimized. In the process of dynamic optimization design, it is very important to select the back analysis method of soil parameters. Therefore, a new method based on non-parametric regression is proposed in this paper to provide a new research idea for the dynamic design of deep foundation pit support. The dynamic design idea of this paper is to establish the response surface based on uniform test and non-parametric regression technique. Based on the feedback information obtained from real-time monitoring and Monte Carlo simulation technology, the parameters of soil are back analyzed. The dynamic design optimization adjustment of the original support structure is carried out by using the equivalent parameters obtained from the back analysis. The method is applied to two kinds of practical engineering cases of pile anchor support and inner bracing ring support. The optimized support structure scheme after dynamic design is compared with the original design scheme. It is proved that this method has good general applicability in the dynamic design of deep foundation pit support.
