村鎮(zhèn)用地擴張損益模型及土地適宜性評價——以五大連池鎮(zhèn)為例

【摘要】:為科學辨識土地自然和社會經(jīng)濟屬性,綜合評定其適建水平、質(zhì)量高低及其限制狀況,立足于損益分析視角以五大連池為例,借助RS與GIS技術(shù),從空間區(qū)位、自然地理、社會經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)保護4個方面構(gòu)建17個因子的用地擴低張阻力賦值體系,應(yīng)用最小累積阻力模型模擬村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地擴張與生態(tài)用地覆蓋過程,探討空間土地利用動態(tài)演變的潛在趨勢,據(jù)此通過損益模型劃定鎮(zhèn)域空間適建類型,進行土地適宜性評價.結(jié)果表明,五大連池鎮(zhèn)Ⅰ類(高適宜建設(shè)區(qū))、Ⅱ類(較為適宜建設(shè)區(qū))、Ⅲ類(較為不適宜建設(shè)區(qū))、Ⅳ類(不適宜建設(shè)區(qū))用地面積為41.01、138.97、387.85、492.26 km2,分別占鎮(zhèn)域面積的3.86%、13.11%、36.59%、46.44%,劃分結(jié)果可為鎮(zhèn)域土地適宜性評價及空間管制規(guī)劃提供輔助判別的技術(shù)方法.
[Abstract]:In order to scientifically identify the natural and social economic attributes of land and comprehensively evaluate the level, quality and limitation of land construction, based on the view of profit and loss analysis, taking Wudalianchi as an example, with the help of RS and GIS technology, from the spatial location, natural geography, In the four aspects of social economy and ecological protection, a low tension assignment system of 17 factors was constructed, and the minimum cumulative resistance model was used to simulate the process of land expansion and ecological land cover in villages and towns. The potential trend of the dynamic evolution of spatial land use is discussed.
