【摘要】：隨著智慧城市建設(shè)的推進(jìn),城市大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來(lái),大規(guī)模的全樣本數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)出新的研究?jī)r(jià)值。利用大數(shù)據(jù)感知社會(huì)動(dòng)態(tài)、輔助決策實(shí)施;將大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于城市規(guī)劃,使宏觀政策對(duì)微觀個(gè)體的影響有了量化評(píng)價(jià)手段和具體反饋渠道。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代給城市規(guī)劃的范式研究和實(shí)踐研究都帶來(lái)了強(qiáng)烈的沖擊,結(jié)合城市大數(shù)據(jù)現(xiàn)狀,從城市規(guī)劃的研究范式演進(jìn)和與大數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)踐融合兩個(gè)方面展開討論,研究范式演進(jìn)包含從理性主義到新理性主義、從以地生財(cái)?shù)揭匀藶楸竞蛷淖陨隙碌阶韵露先齻�(gè)層面;與大數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)劃實(shí)踐融合主要體現(xiàn)在城市功能區(qū)識(shí)別、城市空間行為研究和城市交通研究三大領(lǐng)域。最后,針對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)在城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出響應(yīng)策略與應(yīng)對(duì)方略,對(duì)未來(lái)城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of intelligent city construction, the era of urban big data has come, and large-scale full-sample data show new research value. By using big data to perceive the social dynamics and to assist in the implementation of decision making and to apply big data to urban planning, the impact of macro policies on micro individuals has been quantitatively evaluated and concrete feedback channels have been obtained. The era of big data has brought a strong impact to the study of urban planning paradigm and practice. Combining with the present situation of urban big data, this paper discusses the evolution of urban planning research paradigm and the integration of urban planning research paradigm with the practice of big data. The evolution of research paradigm includes three levels: from rationalism to neo-rationalism, from land to wealth to people-oriented and from top-down to bottom-up, and the integration of planning practice with big data is mainly reflected in the identification of urban functional areas. Urban spatial behavior research and urban traffic research in three major areas. Finally, aiming at the problems in the application of big data in the field of urban planning, this paper puts forward the response strategy and countermeasures, which provides some references for the future development of urban planning.
