【摘要】：明治大學的城市建筑設計研究室以"專家工作營"的方式用20年時間在日本岡山高梁市這一具有歷史意義的地區(qū)開展了相關實踐,不僅改變了市民的意識,逐步對遭受破壞的歷史街區(qū)實現了保護性重建,而且應用新的城市設計手法,對當地中心街區(qū)的活性化再生做出了貢獻。本文對這一實踐進行詳細介紹,探討地方公共團體、大學、市民、學生、研究者面對歷史街區(qū)復興這一課題的新型關系。
[Abstract]:The Urban Architectural Design Research Office of Meiji University has carried out related practices in the historic area of Takayama City, Japan, in the form of an "expert work camp" for 20 years, which has not only changed the people's consciousness. It has gradually realized the protective reconstruction of the damaged historical block and made a contribution to the regeneration of the local central district by using the new urban design technique. This paper introduces this practice in detail, and discusses the new relationship between local public organizations, universities, citizens, students and researchers facing the subject of the revival of historic blocks.
