覆膜蒸養(yǎng)條件下礦物摻和料對混凝土力學性能的影響研究

【摘要】:分別用粉煤灰、礦渣粉按比例等量取代部分水泥,制作混凝土試塊,在覆膜狀態(tài)下通入蒸汽養(yǎng)護,測試各齡期混凝土試塊的抗壓強度與劈拉強度。結(jié)果表明:在70℃覆膜蒸養(yǎng)條件下,隨著粉煤灰摻量的增加同一齡期混凝土試塊的抗壓強度與劈拉強度均呈下降趨勢,且試塊養(yǎng)護7~28d的抗壓強度增長率比脫模(9h)~3d強度增長更為明顯;當粉煤灰摻量在10%~20%時劈拉強度下降較為平緩,摻量大于20%時劈拉強度的下降較為迅速;在相同的養(yǎng)護條件下,摻加礦渣粉對混凝土力學性能有先增大后減少的趨勢,當取代率為20%時混凝土試塊的抗壓強度與劈拉強度均達到最大值,且礦渣粉取代率的改變量對劈拉強度的影響大于抗壓強度。
[Abstract]:The cement was replaced by fly ash and slag powder in proportion, and the concrete test block was made. Steam curing was carried out under the condition of film mulching. The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of each age concrete test block were tested. The results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete samples of the same age decrease with the increase of fly ash content under the condition of 70 鈩,
