【摘要】：觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是旅游業(yè)與農(nóng)業(yè)之間的交叉型新興產(chǎn)業(yè),它是利用田園景觀和自然資源吸引游客前來觀賞、體驗以滿足人們親近自然的愿望。觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設計影響著農(nóng)業(yè)景觀效果,對加快發(fā)展觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的步伐具有積極促進作用,對建設美麗鄉(xiāng)村和繁榮農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟意義深遠,因此研究觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設計的評價具有現(xiàn)實意義。目前我國關于觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的研究主要是對國外成熟的案例進行理論分析并應用于國內(nèi)實踐中,而并未過多關注觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園建成后的真正使用情況,忽視了站在使用者角度的研究。因此,如何從已建成的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園中了解使用者的真正需求以解決我國觀光農(nóng)業(yè)建設中實際存在的問題,仍是一個重要的課題。本文立足于北京市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的現(xiàn)狀,運用使用后評價方法(POE法)、層次分析法(AHP)等相關理論,從使用者角度,對已建成的三個典型觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園(蟹島生態(tài)農(nóng)莊、谷子地開心農(nóng)場、北京意大利農(nóng)場)進行調(diào)查研究。筆者將影響景觀環(huán)境、休閑娛樂、服務設施、交通組織、文化內(nèi)涵5個因素的20個主要因子作為評價要素,以觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設計原理為依據(jù)建立評價體系,并對指標進行定量分析,得出三個案例各自的優(yōu)缺點。通過對比結(jié)果,結(jié)合使用者的需求總結(jié)出北京觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設計存在的現(xiàn)實問題,并提出優(yōu)化建議,為北京觀光農(nóng)業(yè)景觀規(guī)劃設計與創(chuàng)新奠定了理論與實踐基礎,為今后我國觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園提供新的建設與發(fā)展思路。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)運用AHP法對影響北京觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀效果的五個因素進行評價分析得出排序結(jié)果為:交通組織(3.24)景觀環(huán)境(3.23)休閑娛樂(3.20)服務設施(3.17)文化內(nèi)涵(3.01)。(2)通過對三個觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀進行評價分析得出景觀整體效果排序為:北京意大利農(nóng)場(3.800)蟹島生態(tài)農(nóng)莊(3.170)谷子地開心農(nóng)場(2.816)。(3)論證結(jié)果顯示北京市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設計中主要問題存在于建筑小品設計、綠地植被配置、服務設施建設、地方特色體現(xiàn)等方面,筆者針對這些問題提出了改進建議。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a new industry of tourism and agriculture. It is to use pastoral landscape and natural resources to attract tourists to enjoy and experience to satisfy people's desire to get close to nature. The landscape planning and design of sightseeing agricultural garden affects the effect of agricultural landscape, promotes the development of sightseeing agriculture actively, and has far-reaching significance for the construction of beautiful villages and the prosperity of rural economy. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the landscape planning and design of sightseeing agricultural garden. At present, the research on sightseeing agricultural park in our country is mainly about the theoretical analysis of mature cases abroad and its application in domestic practice, without paying too much attention to the real use of the tourism agricultural park after the completion of the park. Ignore the research from the user's point of view. Therefore, it is still an important subject to understand the real needs of the users from the tourism agricultural garden that has been built to solve the problems existing in the construction of sightseeing agriculture in China. Based on the present situation of Beijing sightseeing agricultural garden, this paper applies the theory of Poe method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to the three typical sightseeing agricultural gardens (Crab Island Ecological Farm), which have been built from the perspective of users. Millet Land Happy Farm, Beijing Italy Farm) to carry out investigation and research. The author takes 20 main factors which affect landscape environment, leisure and entertainment, service facilities, transportation organization and cultural connotation as the evaluation elements, and establishes the evaluation system based on the landscape planning and design principle of the sightseeing agricultural garden. And carries on the quantitative analysis to the index, obtains three cases each advantage and disadvantage. By comparing the results and combining with the needs of the users, this paper sums up the practical problems in the landscape planning and design of Beijing sightseeing agricultural garden, and puts forward some suggestions for optimization, which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the planning, design and innovation of Beijing sightseeing agricultural landscape. It will provide new ideas for the construction and development of sightseeing agricultural parks in China. The results show that the AHP method is used to evaluate and analyze the five factors that affect the landscape effect of Beijing sightseeing agricultural garden. The results are as follows: traffic organization 3.24) landscape environment 3.23) leisure and recreation 3.20) service facilities 3.17) cultural connotation 3.01n. Through the evaluation and analysis of the landscape of three sightseeing agricultural parks, the overall effect of the landscape is ranked as follows: Beijing Italian farm 3.800) the ecological farm of crab island 3.170) the millet of the open farm 2.816 and the demonstration result showing that the landscape planning of the Beijing sightseeing agricultural garden is based on the result of the demonstration. The main problems in the design are in the architectural sketch design. In view of these problems, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving green vegetation allocation, service facilities construction and local characteristics.
