日光溫室空氣-土壤源雙效熱泵系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與性能測(cè)試

【摘要】:為探索一種節(jié)能高效的日光溫室熱環(huán)境調(diào)控模式,基于熱泵技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)搭建了一種空氣-土壤源雙效熱泵系統(tǒng),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。該系統(tǒng)將空氣、土壤2種不同熱源熱泵有效復(fù)合,采用串聯(lián)板式換熱模式,通過(guò)溫控器和電磁閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)4種供熱模式:空氣源熱泵單板換熱模式、空氣源熱泵雙板換熱模式、土壤源熱泵單板換熱模式和土壤源熱泵雙板換熱模式。通過(guò)日光溫室供暖水箱加溫測(cè)試,分析雙效熱泵系統(tǒng)在不同模式下的性能系數(shù)(COP)和節(jié)能效果。春季測(cè)試期間,空氣源單板換熱模式下熱泵COP平均值為2.1,雙板換熱模式下熱泵COP平均值為3.1,與溫室燃煤加溫鍋爐相比平均節(jié)能50.4%;土壤源單板換熱模式下平均性能系數(shù)為2.2,雙板換熱模式下平均性能系數(shù)為2.3。冬季測(cè)試期間,典型晴天里空氣源熱泵雙板換熱模式可有效提升溫室模型內(nèi)氣溫,與室外氣溫相比平均提升15.7℃。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,相同熱源條件下,冷凝端采用雙板換熱模式時(shí)機(jī)組COP高于單板換熱模式,雙板換熱模式可提高機(jī)組整體換熱效率和節(jié)能效果?諝-土壤源雙效熱泵系統(tǒng)可以有效利用空氣能和地?zé)崮?在日光溫室熱環(huán)境調(diào)控方面具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to explore an energy saving and efficient thermal environment control model in solar greenhouse, an air-ground source dual-effect heat pump system was designed and built based on heat pump technology, and the performance of the system was tested and analyzed. The system combines air and ground heat pump effectively, adopts series plate heat transfer mode, and realizes four heating modes through thermostat and solenoid valve: air source heat pump single board heat transfer mode, air source heat pump double plate heat exchange mode, air source heat pump double plate heat transfer mode, air source heat pump single board heat transfer mode, air source heat pump double plate heat transfer mode, The single board heat transfer model of ground source heat pump and the double plate heat transfer mode of ground source heat pump. The performance coefficient and energy saving effect of double-effect heat pump system in different modes are analyzed by means of heating tank heating test in solar greenhouse. During the spring test, The average COP of heat pump is 2.1 in air source single board heat transfer mode and 3.1 in double plate heat transfer mode, which is 50.4 energy saving compared with greenhouse coal-fired heating boiler, and the average performance coefficient is 2.2 in soil source veneer heat transfer mode.
