【摘要】：已報道的針對地震災(zāi)后重建規(guī)劃的研究多囿于某一學(xué)科或?qū)I(yè)領(lǐng)域,導(dǎo)致在整體上對重建規(guī)劃過程的規(guī)律性認(rèn)識不足,不利于對實(shí)踐的宏觀指導(dǎo)。震后恢復(fù)重建規(guī)劃是一項(xiàng)開放復(fù)雜的巨系統(tǒng)工程,從系統(tǒng)論角度對重建規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究有助于理解和解決實(shí)踐中的諸多困惑。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)辨析震后重建規(guī)劃的構(gòu)成要素,將其內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系抽象表達(dá)于三維坐標(biāo)系,形成了震后重建規(guī)劃的概念模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對震后重建規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)邏輯關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步細(xì)化,嘗試建構(gòu)震后重建規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的思維模型(ERPTM),并結(jié)合案例對模型進(jìn)行解讀,以期為重建規(guī)劃實(shí)踐提供理論指導(dǎo)之所需。
[Abstract]:Most of the reported researches on post-earthquake reconstruction planning are confined to a certain discipline or specialized field, which leads to a lack of understanding of the regularity of reconstruction planning process as a whole and is not conducive to the macroscopic guidance of practice.The reconstruction planning after earthquake is an open and complicated giant system project. It is helpful to understand and solve many puzzles in practice by studying reconstruction planning from the point of view of system theory.According to the systematic analysis of the elements of post-earthquake reconstruction planning, the inherent logical relations are abstracted in three-dimensional coordinate system, and the conceptual model of post-earthquake reconstruction planning is formed.On this basis, through the further refinement of the logic relationship of the post-earthquake reconstruction planning system, this paper attempts to construct the thinking model of the post-earthquake reconstruction planning system and interprets the model with a case study.In order to provide theoretical guidance for reconstruction planning practice.
