用作水泥土攪拌樁的粉煤灰-礦渣地聚合物性能研究

【摘要】:以礦粉、粉煤灰為原料,以氫氧化鈉為激發(fā)劑,制備了粉煤灰-礦渣地聚合物,探討了不同堿濃度對粉煤灰-礦渣地質(zhì)聚合物的抗壓強度的影響;并以此粉煤灰-礦渣地聚合物與不同比例的黃土混合,測試它們在不同堿濃度條件下的抗壓性能。結(jié)果表明,粉煤灰-礦渣地聚合物可取代水泥,用作高抗壓強度的攪拌樁材料。
[Abstract]:Fly ash and slag geopolymers were prepared by using mineral powder and fly ash as raw materials and sodium hydroxide as activator. The effect of different alkali concentration on compressive strength of fly ash and slag geopolymers was discussed.The fly-ash and slag geopolymers were mixed with different proportion of loess to test their compressive properties under different alkali concentrations.The results show that fly ash-slag polymer can replace cement and be used as mixing pile material with high compressive strength.
