【摘要】：近十年,旅游成為了人們節(jié)假日的首選,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高,人們對(duì)于旅游的要求也在提高。從前的旅游總是快節(jié)奏的,人們總是在短暫的時(shí)間里輾轉(zhuǎn)很多地方,一次旅游下來反而更加疲憊。因此走馬觀花的旅游方式并不能夠完全滿足人們想要放松心情的需求。近年來,人們的旅游方式開始慢慢向度假休閑型轉(zhuǎn)變。度假休閑即以自然環(huán)境優(yōu)美、人與自然和諧、靜謐而恬靜為主題環(huán)境,使得長(zhǎng)年處于繁忙工作的人們得以暫時(shí)寧靜,達(dá)到遠(yuǎn)離城市喧囂、緩解工作壓力、調(diào)整自身心態(tài)的一種旅游方式。度假休閑更加強(qiáng)調(diào)靜而有別于動(dòng)。因此,度假類型的出游更適合現(xiàn)階段人們對(duì)于旅游的需求。同時(shí),去自然風(fēng)光好的地方度假,必須要以保護(hù)生態(tài)為前提,本課題的項(xiàng)目所在位置為風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)中一、二級(jí)保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi),因此在對(duì)度假中心進(jìn)行景觀規(guī)劃時(shí),少干預(yù)是本課題的中心思想。本文以株洲市大京風(fēng)景區(qū)度假中心景觀規(guī)劃為研究對(duì)象,首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究的方法,先后查閱了大量與景觀規(guī)劃、度假中心規(guī)劃、以及生態(tài)保護(hù)等相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)與資料,并多次去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)地的調(diào)研,收集了大量的數(shù)據(jù),再通過SWOT分析法進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),得出了項(xiàng)目目前的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與威脅,從而針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的問題制定出規(guī)劃的規(guī)劃策略,同時(shí)運(yùn)用案例借鑒法分析對(duì)比相似案例,從而借鑒與利用其優(yōu)點(diǎn)。同時(shí)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的上位規(guī)劃,確定該項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)及定位,從而規(guī)劃出兼顧功能需求與環(huán)境保護(hù)相適應(yīng)的度假中心。本文以度假休閑為基點(diǎn),以株洲市大京風(fēng)景區(qū)度假中心景觀規(guī)劃為研究對(duì)象,理論研究與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,并且將研究結(jié)果落實(shí)在現(xiàn)實(shí)的度假中心景觀規(guī)劃中,從創(chuàng)作背景、規(guī)劃理論、技術(shù)方法、景觀布局與項(xiàng)目策劃等多方面以追求永續(xù)的健康發(fā)展模式,并且為其他同類型度假中心的規(guī)劃提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent ten years, tourism has become the first choice of people's holiday, and with the improvement of economic level, people's requirements for tourism are also increasing.In the past, travel was always fast, people always traveled a lot of places in a short time, but when a trip came down, they were more exhausted.Therefore, the way to travel can not fully meet the needs of people to relax.In recent years, people's travel style began to slowly change to the type of vacation and leisure.Vacation and leisure means that the theme environment is beautiful natural environment, harmony between man and nature, tranquility and tranquility, so that people who have been busy for many years can be temporarily quiet, so that they can stay away from the noise of the city and relieve the pressure of work.A form of travel that adjusts one's own mentality.Vacation and leisure more emphasis on quiet and different from the movement.Therefore, the vacation type of travel more suitable for the current stage of the demand for tourism.At the same time, to go to places with good natural scenery, we must take the protection of ecology as the prerequisite. The project of this project is located in the first and second class protected areas of scenic spots, so when planning the landscape of the resort center,Less intervention is the central idea of this subject.In this paper, the landscape planning of the resort center of Zhuzhou Dagin Scenic spot is taken as the research object. Firstly, by using the method of literature research, a large number of documents and materials related to landscape planning, holiday center planning, and ecological protection have been consulted.And went to the field many times to investigate, collected a large number of data, and then through SWOT analysis to analyze and summarize the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the project,In order to solve the existing problems, the planning strategy is worked out, and the case method is used to analyze and compare the similar cases, so as to draw lessons from and utilize its advantages.At the same time, according to the upper planning of the project, the goal and location of the project are determined, so as to plan the vacation center which can meet the needs of function and environmental protection.Based on vacation and leisure, this paper takes the landscape planning of the resort center of Zhuzhou Dagin scenic spot as the research object, combines the theory research with the practice, and implements the research result in the realistic vacation center landscape planning, from the creation background,Planning theory, technical method, landscape layout and project planning are in pursuit of sustainable and healthy development model, and provide reference for the planning of other holiday centers of the same type.
