【摘要】：本文將用戶體驗設(shè)計中分析用戶對象的常用用戶研究方法引入室內(nèi)環(huán)境設(shè)計,以M公司的辦公環(huán)境設(shè)計改造項目為例,通過用戶行為觀察、用戶訪談、行為體驗地圖分析等方式揭示員工在辦公環(huán)境中的行為規(guī)律和員工對于環(huán)境整體的真實需求,并以此為設(shè)計依據(jù)進行了辦公環(huán)境的設(shè)計改造。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the common user research method of analyzing user objects in user experience design is introduced into indoor environment design. Taking the office environment design reform project of M Company as an example, through user behavior observation, user interview,The analysis of behavior experience map reveals the behavior rules of employees in the office environment and the real needs of the employees for the whole environment, and takes this as the design basis to carry on the design transformation of the office environment.
