火災(zāi)下蜂窩鋼梁腹板屈曲性能研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)有限元方法研究火災(zāi)下無(wú)防火保護(hù)蜂窩鋼梁孔間腹板屈曲性能及屈曲溫度。首先采用有限元傳熱分析,獲得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)火災(zāi)下無(wú)防火保護(hù)蜂窩梁不同受火時(shí)刻的三維有限元溫度分析結(jié)果,然后采用有限元受力分析確定三維有限元溫度分析結(jié)果下蜂窩梁孔間腹板的受力性能和屈曲溫度。傳熱分布結(jié)果表明,開孔后增加了孔洞周邊厚度方向上腹板與空氣間的熱量交換,使得腹板升溫速率明顯大于翼緣;馂(zāi)下結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析結(jié)果表明,由于鋼材的力學(xué)性能隨溫度升高而降低,而且中心腹板升溫速率快使蜂窩梁更易發(fā)生孔間腹板屈曲破壞。蜂窩梁的屈曲溫度隨孔間距及腹板厚度的增大而增大。通過(guò)對(duì)采用三維有限元溫度分布與均勻溫度分布的蜂窩梁進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明,由于不均勻溫度分布使得沿腹板高度產(chǎn)生附加熱應(yīng)力,從而使得孔間腹板屈曲變形增大。
[Abstract]:The buckling behavior and buckling temperature of web between holes of honeycomb steel beams without fire protection were studied by finite element method.Firstly, the finite element heat transfer analysis is used to obtain the results of 3-D finite element temperature analysis of honeycomb beams without fire protection under standard fire.Then the finite element stress analysis is used to determine the behavior and buckling temperature of the web between the honeycomb beams under the three dimensional finite element temperature analysis.The results of heat transfer distribution show that the heat exchange between the upper web and the air in the direction of the thickness of the hole is increased after opening, and the heating rate of the web is obviously larger than that of the flange.The results of structural stress analysis under fire show that the mechanical properties of steel decrease with the increase of temperature and the rapid heating rate of the central web makes it easier for the beehive beams to be subjected to interhole web buckling failure.The buckling temperature of honeycomb beams increases with the increase of hole spacing and web thickness.By comparing the three-dimensional finite element temperature distribution with the uniform temperature distribution of honeycomb beams, the results show that the additional thermal stress is produced along the web height due to the uneven temperature distribution, and the buckling deformation of the web between the holes increases.
