帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能研究

【摘要】:在如今這個(gè)繁華的時(shí)代,普通的高層建筑已經(jīng)不能滿足人們對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的需求。而轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)也逐漸豐富到人們的視野當(dāng)中。轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)目前可以滿足人們對居住、辦公和商業(yè)娛樂的需求。從下部大空間到中開間到上部小開間不斷在優(yōu)化建筑并對人們帶來了方便之處。在近20年的時(shí)間里,我國也進(jìn)行了對帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的高層建筑的研究與設(shè)計(jì),并且在轉(zhuǎn)換層方面取得了不錯(cuò)的成績。本文通過翻閱許多相關(guān)的書籍、期刊與文獻(xiàn),收集了大量有關(guān)行業(yè)的資料,把帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的高層建筑作為課題研究對象,通過研讀已有的轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)成果,總結(jié)了各種轉(zhuǎn)換層形式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并對比梁式、板式、桁架和箱型轉(zhuǎn)換層的優(yōu)勢與其劣勢。分析了其受力機(jī)理,通過設(shè)置不同轉(zhuǎn)換層位置與轉(zhuǎn)換層上下等效剛度比對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響。同時(shí)通過運(yùn)用PKPM軟件和SAP2000軟件建立模型并且布置結(jié)構(gòu)方案,通過建立不同轉(zhuǎn)換層高度的模型進(jìn)行分析,當(dāng)改變轉(zhuǎn)換層高度時(shí)對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響,包括對結(jié)構(gòu)周期、結(jié)構(gòu)的位移、層間位移角和剪重比的影響。通過對比分析得出結(jié)論。最后,通過反應(yīng)譜分析和時(shí)程分析得出結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)結(jié)論。得出帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的高層建筑抗震特征,并且對轉(zhuǎn)換層的選型與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提出建議和意見。并且,在此研究基礎(chǔ)上,為以后類似課題的研究提出一些亟待解決的難題。
[Abstract]:In this prosperous age, ordinary high-rise buildings can not meet the needs of the building structure.And the conversion layer structure is gradually enriched to people's vision.The conversion structure currently meets people's needs for living, office and business entertainment.From large space to middle space to small upper cubicle, buildings are constantly optimized and convenient for people.In the past 20 years, our country has also carried on the research and the design to the high-rise building with the transfer floor, and has obtained the good result in the conversion story aspect.Through reading many related books, periodicals and documents, this paper collects a lot of information about the industry, takes the high-rise building with the transition floor as the subject research object, and by reading the existing achievements of the transfer layer structure,The advantages and disadvantages of various transfer layers are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of beam type, plate type, truss and box transfer layer are compared.The stress mechanism of the structure is analyzed and the seismic performance of the structure is affected by setting different transfer layer positions and the equivalent stiffness ratio of the transfer layer up and down.At the same time, by using PKPM software and SAP2000 software to build models and layout the structure scheme, through the establishment of different transfer layer height model to analyze, when changing the height of the transfer layer on the seismic performance of the structure, including the structural cycle.The effects of displacement, interstory displacement angle and shear weight ratio on the structure.The conclusion is drawn through comparative analysis.Finally, the conclusions of the structure are obtained by response spectrum analysis and time history analysis.The aseismic characteristics of high-rise buildings with transfer stories are obtained, and suggestions and suggestions on the selection and structural design of transfer floors are put forward.Furthermore, on the basis of this research, some problems to be solved are put forward for the future research of similar topics.
