【摘要】：介紹了循環(huán)荷載作用后的端板節(jié)點(diǎn)在高溫下的力學(xué)性能.使用簡化模型進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)研究,分組對(duì)比了同一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)分別在單調(diào)荷載和循環(huán)荷載作用之后的高溫力學(xué)性能,以及端板厚度、螺栓直徑對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)抗火能力的影響.數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,地震往復(fù)荷載往往會(huì)給節(jié)點(diǎn)帶來一定程度的破壞,當(dāng)這種節(jié)點(diǎn)再遭遇隨之而來的地震次生火災(zāi)時(shí),節(jié)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)有了初始的損傷,包括變形破壞和斷裂破壞,此時(shí)節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗火能力、耐火時(shí)間都將受到一定程度的影響.尤其是往復(fù)荷載導(dǎo)致斷裂破壞的節(jié)點(diǎn),節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗火能力將嚴(yán)重下降.研究結(jié)果對(duì)該類梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)具有一定參考價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of end-plate joints under cyclic loading at high temperature are introduced.The simplified model is used to study the parameters of the system. The mechanical properties of the same joint under monotone load and cyclic load at high temperature, as well as the effect of the thickness of the end plate and the diameter of bolt on the fire resistance of the joint are compared in groups.The numerical results show that the seismic reciprocating loads often bring some damage to the joints. When the joints are subjected to the subsequent secondary earthquake fire, the joints have already had initial damage, including deformation damage and fracture failure.At this time, the fire resistance of the joint, fire resistance time will be affected to some extent.Especially for the joints with failure caused by reciprocating load, the fire resistance of the joints will be seriously reduced.The results have some reference value for the design of Liang Zhu node.
