堿激發(fā)粉煤灰和礦粉改性疏浚淤泥力學特性及顯微結構研究

【摘要】:采用水玻璃作為堿激發(fā)劑激發(fā)粉煤灰和礦粉的活性來固化疏浚淤泥,對固化淤泥進行無側限抗壓強度試驗、掃描電鏡(SEM)以及X射線衍射(XRD)測試,研究了固化材料配比、齡期、水玻璃摻量及水玻璃模數(shù)對固化疏浚淤泥強度的影響,確定了各組分之間的最佳配比,觀測了固化淤泥的物相組成及顯微結構特征.力學試驗結果表明:水玻璃摻量7%、模數(shù)1.0~1.5時對粉煤灰和礦粉的激發(fā)效果最優(yōu),相比于粉煤灰,水玻璃對礦粉的激發(fā)效果更佳;水玻璃模數(shù)相同的情況下,礦粉摻量越大強度越高;各組分最優(yōu)配比(疏浚淤泥、礦粉、水玻璃質量比為60∶40∶7)時,28d無側限抗壓強度可達到12 140kPa.SEM和XRD試驗結果顯示:在水玻璃的激發(fā)下,固化淤泥水化生成長石類和沸石類等晶相,這些晶相連接緊密,形成致密的微觀結構,這是固化后疏浚淤泥強度的最重要來源.
[Abstract]:The activity of fly ash and mineral powder activated by sodium silicate as alkali activator was used to solidify dredged silt. The unconfined compressive strength test, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) test were carried out to study the ratio and age of solidified silt.The effect of water glass content and water glass modulus on the strength of solidified dredged silt was studied. The optimum proportion of each component was determined and the phase composition and microstructure of solidified silt were observed.The results of mechanical test show that when the dosage of water glass is 7 and modulus is 1.0 ~ 1.5, the excitation effect of fly ash and mineral powder is the best, compared with that of fly ash, water glass excites ore powder better than fly ash, and when the modulus of water glass is the same, the excitation effect of water glass is better than that of fly ash, and when the modulus of water glass is the same,When the ratio of dredged silt, ore powder and water glass is 60: 40: 7, the unconfined compressive strength can reach 12 140kPa.SEM for 28 days. The results of XRD test show that under the excitation of water glass, the compressive strength can reach 12 140kPa.SEM.Solidified silt hydrates to form feldspar and zeolite crystalline phases which are closely connected to form a compact microstructure which is the most important source of the strength of dredged sludge after solidification.
