一種球面網(wǎng)殼動(dòng)力失效的聯(lián)合預(yù)測(cè)方法

【摘要】:以地震作用下精細(xì)化有限元分析的單層球面網(wǎng)殼的動(dòng)力失穩(wěn)破壞模式為基礎(chǔ)、結(jié)合細(xì)胞自動(dòng)機(jī)(CA)方法,發(fā)展了一套單層網(wǎng)殼動(dòng)力失穩(wěn)破壞模式和失效荷載的聯(lián)合預(yù)測(cè)方法。首先,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)單層球面網(wǎng)殼進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)諧荷載作用下全荷載域動(dòng)力時(shí)程有限元分析(FEA),并時(shí)時(shí)提取各級(jí)動(dòng)荷載幅值下所有節(jié)點(diǎn)的位移值及單元的應(yīng)變能密度。之后,用建立的聯(lián)合方法預(yù)測(cè)了其它同類網(wǎng)殼的動(dòng)力失穩(wěn)破壞模式及失效荷載,并與相應(yīng)FEA計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析比較。結(jié)果表明,所提出的聯(lián)合方法,在一定程度上能基于一個(gè)單層球面網(wǎng)殼的動(dòng)力失穩(wěn)破壞模式和失效荷載預(yù)測(cè)其它不同跨度、不同矢跨比、不同桿件截面尺寸的單層球面網(wǎng)殼的動(dòng)力失穩(wěn)破壞模式及失效荷載。因此,結(jié)合FEA數(shù)值模擬,實(shí)現(xiàn)了CA方法在單層球面網(wǎng)殼動(dòng)力失穩(wěn)破壞模式和失效荷載預(yù)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic instability failure mode of single-layer spherical reticulated shell under seismic action and the cellular automata (CA) method, a set of combined prediction methods for dynamic instability failure mode and failure load of single-layer reticulated shell are developed.Firstly, the finite element analysis of the dynamic time history of the single-layer spherical reticulated shell under simple harmonic loading is carried out, and the displacement values of all nodes and the strain energy density of the element are extracted from all the dynamic load amplitudes from time to time.Then, the dynamic failure mode and failure load of other similar latticed shells are predicted by using the established joint method, and the results are analyzed and compared with the corresponding FEA calculation results.The results show that the proposed joint method can to some extent be based on the dynamic instability failure mode and failure load of a single-layer spherical reticulated shell to predict other different span and different rise-span ratio.Dynamic failure mode and failure load of single-layer spherical reticulated shell with different member size.Therefore, combined with FEA numerical simulation, the CA method is applied to predict the failure mode and failure load of single-layer spherical reticulated shell.
