混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)安全控制研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,土木工程中結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力和位移監(jiān)測在施工過程中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,許多工程項(xiàng)目施工中對結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變、溫度、位移等相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,從而對工程的安全施工提供及時有效的監(jiān)控及預(yù)警;炷令A(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)是由塔身和混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)基礎(chǔ)組成;炷令A(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)基礎(chǔ)具有可預(yù)制、可運(yùn)輸、可安拆、可重復(fù)使用;對環(huán)境無污染,綠色施工;對地基承載力特征值要求不高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但是混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)基礎(chǔ)是一項(xiàng)新技術(shù),目前混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)只是在江蘇、宜昌、山東及安徽等局部地區(qū)推廣使用,相關(guān)的理論研究不多,現(xiàn)場的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)少。在前人既有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,對混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)進(jìn)行了較為深入而且系統(tǒng)的研究。具體研究成果如下:(1)通過對國內(nèi)與國外關(guān)于塔吊安全控制和混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)基礎(chǔ)的發(fā)展概況及研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,從而提出本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。(2)本文以中共宜昌市委黨校(行政學(xué)院)遷建工程項(xiàng)目為依托,運(yùn)用傳感器手段在現(xiàn)場混凝土拼裝塔吊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)上埋設(shè)應(yīng)變計(jì),監(jiān)測塔吊施工使用時的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變變化,應(yīng)用有限元分析軟件Midas/Civil建立混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔吊塔身結(jié)構(gòu)模型,模擬各種工況下塔身標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)螺栓套附近的主弦桿和水平腹桿的應(yīng)力變化情況,分析其變化規(guī)律,并與實(shí)測資料對比,驗(yàn)證數(shù)值模擬的合理性以及現(xiàn)場應(yīng)力監(jiān)測的可靠性,從而對于塔吊結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、施工有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。(3)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場對混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)基礎(chǔ)在施工過程中的位移監(jiān)測,對監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和計(jì)算,結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線的理論計(jì)算,確定合理的張拉緊固時間。(4)通過以上現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測與數(shù)值模擬對混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔吊塔身的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變對比分析,以及現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測與理論計(jì)算對塔吊塔基的力與位移的對比分析,提出混凝土預(yù)制拼裝塔機(jī)的安全控制技術(shù)及措施,為類似工程提供可借鑒的方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the monitoring of structure stress and displacement in civil engineering is more and more widely used in the construction process. In many engineering projects, the stress, strain, temperature, displacement and other related structural parameters are monitored.In order to provide timely and effective monitoring and early warning for the safe construction of the project.Concrete prefabricated tower crane is composed of tower body and concrete prefabricated tower crane foundation.The concrete prefabricated tower crane foundation has the advantages of precast, transportable, detachable and reusable, no pollution to the environment, green construction, and low requirement for the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity.However, the foundation of concrete prefabricated tower crane is a new technology. At present, concrete prefabricated tower crane is only popularized in Jiangsu, Yichang, Shandong and Anhui, etc.On the basis of the existing research results, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the concrete prefabricated tower crane combined with the actual project.The concrete research results are as follows: (1) by combing the general situation and research status of the safety control of tower cranes and the foundation of concrete prefabricated tower cranes both at home and abroad,Therefore, the main content of this study is put forward. (2) based on the relocation project of Yichang Municipal Party School (School of Administration), the strain gauge is laid on the site concrete assembly tower crane standard festival by means of sensors.The stress and strain change of tower crane is monitored, and the structure model of concrete prefabricated tower crane is established by using finite element analysis software Midas/Civil.The stress changes of the main chord and horizontal web bar near the bolt sleeve of the standard joint of the tower are simulated under various working conditions, and the variation law is analyzed. The rationality of the numerical simulation and the reliability of the field stress monitoring are verified by comparing with the measured data.Therefore, for the design of tower crane structure, construction has important theoretical and practical significance. (3) according to the displacement monitoring of concrete prefabricated tower crane foundation during construction, the monitoring data are analyzed and calculated.Based on the theoretical calculation of prestressed steel strands of foundation, the reasonable tensioning time is determined. 4) through the above field monitoring and numerical simulation, the stress and strain analysis of concrete prefabricated tower crane body is compared.In addition, the field monitoring and theoretical calculation are used to compare and analyze the force and displacement of tower foundation of tower crane, and the safety control technology and measures of concrete prefabricated tower crane are put forward, which can be used for reference in similar projects.
