【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)的中國(guó),隨著城市化的發(fā)展,城市的物質(zhì)環(huán)境發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,但是“街巷”作為城市生活的重要載體,在國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程中,“街巷”活動(dòng)卻逐漸變得單一。在人讓位于車的境況之下,“街巷”空間不再具有宜人的交往作用。正是由于缺失了“街巷”聯(lián)系的社會(huì)交往活動(dòng)后,城市居民的精神生活便也缺失了一份舒適和自在。我們要明確城市的核心價(jià)值是為居民提供宜人舒適的生活空間,而不僅僅是單一追求城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值或政治價(jià)值�？v觀人類的城市發(fā)展史,城市發(fā)展的本質(zhì)就是一個(gè)城市空間價(jià)值邏輯的進(jìn)化史。與價(jià)值邏輯相對(duì)應(yīng)的就是一系列空間標(biāo)志物,這些空間標(biāo)志物共存在一起,形成一種超現(xiàn)實(shí)的疊加場(chǎng)景。這種疊加就是價(jià)值邏輯由單一演化為多樣性的反映。它是人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。顯然我們要順應(yīng)人類的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),去建構(gòu)一種多樣性的城市環(huán)境。而“街巷”就是城市環(huán)境的構(gòu)成細(xì)胞之一。只有弄清楚了如何建構(gòu)“街巷”空間的多樣性,才能更好地創(chuàng)造出整個(gè)城市的多樣性環(huán)境。本論文就是在這樣的背景之下,通過(guò)梳理中國(guó)城市“街巷”空間的多樣性演變過(guò)程,分析得出“街巷”空間多樣性不足的原因,并指出“街巷”空間多樣性的構(gòu)成要素。同時(shí)本文認(rèn)為,“街巷”空間的多樣性對(duì)于城市具有非常重要的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,而對(duì)這種價(jià)值最好地體現(xiàn)就是城市商業(yè)街區(qū)。因此,本文以“街巷”的多樣性空間在商業(yè)街區(qū)中的運(yùn)用為例,探討了“街巷”空間多樣性的設(shè)計(jì)方法。在大量查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以實(shí)地調(diào)研法和優(yōu)秀案例解析法為主。論文按照首先提出問(wèn)題,接著針對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,最后探究得出解決問(wèn)題的方法這一過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究。具體來(lái)說(shuō),論文第一章緒論部分,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述梳理總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外“街巷”相關(guān)理論研究的現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為在現(xiàn)階段關(guān)于“街巷”空間多樣性設(shè)計(jì)的理論研究和實(shí)踐尚存在不足。論文第二章梳理了中國(guó)“街巷”空間多樣性的演變過(guò)程,指出解放后的中國(guó)城市“街巷”空間的多樣性存在不足。論文第三章提出了“街巷”空間多樣性的構(gòu)成要素和價(jià)值意義,并指出“街巷”空間的多樣性最具典型的運(yùn)用就是商業(yè)街區(qū)。論文第四章選取了國(guó)內(nèi)具有代表性的四個(gè)商業(yè)街區(qū)為例,進(jìn)行了“街巷”空間多樣性的設(shè)計(jì)方法分析。論文第五章總結(jié)討論了商業(yè)街區(qū)中“街巷”空間多樣性的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并以天水西關(guān)歷史文化商業(yè)街區(qū)和西寧唐道640城市人文商業(yè)街區(qū)為例,對(duì)“街巷”的多樣性空間的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐運(yùn)用。通過(guò)以上的研究過(guò)程,論文分別從精神層面和物質(zhì)層面兩個(gè)角度分析了“街巷”空間的多樣性設(shè)計(jì)。其中精神層面指的是文化包容下的多樣性,它具體體現(xiàn)在人們行為的多樣,比如“街巷”空間提供的體驗(yàn)互動(dòng)、拒絕或接納、過(guò)渡和直接、可變和固定等。而物質(zhì)層面的多樣性指的是功能復(fù)合和形式多樣。正是通過(guò)物質(zhì)的多樣,進(jìn)而激發(fā)和促進(jìn)行為的多樣。而行為的多樣,恰恰是城市生活內(nèi)容多樣和城市文化多樣包容的反映,更是“街巷”空間多樣性的真正價(jià)值。
