邯鄲某深基坑樁錨支護(hù)FLAC3D模擬對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:隨著深基坑工程在建筑行業(yè)應(yīng)用的越來越廣泛,有關(guān)深基坑支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)的問題已經(jīng)成為如今高層建筑設(shè)計(jì)施工過程中常見的難題之一;又ёo(hù)問題是一個(gè)涉及到多方面影響因素的復(fù)雜巖土工程問題,例如基坑外界環(huán)境、基坑場(chǎng)地土層特點(diǎn)、巖土力學(xué)參數(shù)以及土體與支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)相互作用等。本文以邯鄲某基坑工程為研究背景,針對(duì)深基坑開挖過程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問題,首先運(yùn)用理正基坑設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)基坑進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),然后根據(jù)施工方案進(jìn)行開挖和實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè),另外運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件對(duì)基坑進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。主要內(nèi)容如下:分析基坑工程的主要特點(diǎn)以及變形特性、樁錨支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用機(jī)理。結(jié)合實(shí)際的場(chǎng)地工程資料和巖土工程勘察資料,用理正深基坑支護(hù)軟件對(duì)2-2區(qū)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,得到了支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力和位移、基坑土體的沉降等。根據(jù)本工程的要求對(duì)基坑收集現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)資料,主要監(jiān)測(cè)資料包括基坑土體水平位移值和地表沉降量等。利用FLAC3D軟件建立三維數(shù)值模型,模擬基坑開挖過程中的土體水平位移值和地表沉降量,且對(duì)這些數(shù)值進(jìn)行分析。將設(shè)計(jì)值、監(jiān)測(cè)值以及模擬值放到一起進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,分析得出三種方法得到的結(jié)果總體趨勢(shì)保持一致。因此說明深基坑樁錨支護(hù)方案設(shè)計(jì)的合理性、數(shù)值模擬模型和參數(shù)選取的正確性。此外,在原方案的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)部參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。為之后的深基坑工程研究和施工提供重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of deep foundation pit engineering in the construction industry, the design of deep foundation pit support has become one of the common problems in the design and construction of high-rise buildings.Foundation pit support is a complex geotechnical engineering problem involving many factors, such as the external environment of foundation pit, the characteristics of soil layer, the mechanical parameters of rock and soil, the interaction between soil and supporting structure, and so on.Based on the research background of a foundation pit project in Handan, aiming at the problems that may occur in the course of deep foundation pit excavation, this paper first uses the design software of Lizheng foundation pit to design the foundation pit, and then carries out excavation and actual monitoring according to the construction plan.In addition, FLAC3D software is used to simulate the foundation pit.The main contents are as follows: the main characteristics and deformation characteristics of foundation pit engineering and the action mechanism of pile-anchor supporting structure are analyzed.Combined with the actual site engineering data and geotechnical engineering survey data, the design and calculation of the 2-2 area are carried out by using the support software of Lizheng deep foundation pit, and the internal force and displacement of the supporting structure and the settlement of the foundation pit soil are obtained.According to the requirements of this project, the site monitoring data of foundation pit are collected. The main monitoring data include the horizontal displacement value of foundation pit soil and the amount of ground subsidence.A three-dimensional numerical model was established by using FLAC3D software to simulate the horizontal displacement of soil and the amount of surface settlement during the excavation of foundation pit, and these numerical values were analyzed.The design value, the monitoring value and the simulated value are compared and analyzed together, and the overall trend of the results obtained by the three methods is consistent.Therefore, the rationality of the design of pile-anchor support scheme, the correctness of numerical simulation model and the selection of parameters are explained.In addition, on the basis of the original scheme, the detail parameters of the support structure are optimized.It provides an important reference value for the research and construction of deep foundation pit.
