【摘要】：伴隨中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展、農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)非的不斷推行、城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)在全國范圍不斷邁進(jìn),對于城市住宅的需求在經(jīng)歷了一段時(shí)間的直線的增長后開始趨向于比較穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。作為體現(xiàn)決定意圖和產(chǎn)品主體架構(gòu)建筑師和設(shè)計(jì)師做出策略性的改變,以更好的適應(yīng)大規(guī)模、高效率的建造模式。將建筑模式與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的設(shè)計(jì)模式和產(chǎn)業(yè)化的生產(chǎn)模式相結(jié)合,以達(dá)到縮短施工周期、提高住宅品質(zhì)、減低運(yùn)營成本的效果。隨著生活水平的不斷提高,住宅形式越來越受到社會(huì)和人為因素的影響。傳統(tǒng)建筑行業(yè)從設(shè)計(jì)到開發(fā)再到最后施工的建造模式在當(dāng)今住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展道的路上已經(jīng)逐漸遇到瓶頸,難以達(dá)到實(shí)際的的快速的發(fā)展。這就讓設(shè)計(jì)師開始深思:我們所研究的設(shè)計(jì)框架是否適應(yīng)當(dāng)下人群所需要的居住形態(tài),既能滿足人群的個(gè)性化需求又能滿足建筑的共性的根本。通常我們在安排室內(nèi)功能布局的時(shí)候還是按照常規(guī)思路,在相對較固定的框架內(nèi)進(jìn)行劃分,但是,一個(gè)家庭對于自己的住宅不管是在功能上還是在區(qū)域的劃分上都會(huì)根據(jù)自己不同的家庭結(jié)構(gòu)周期、不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入等會(huì)有一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的變化需求。本文主要按照提出問題、分析問題到最后通過實(shí)踐案例提出概念方案去解決問題的脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行論述。首先從緒論出發(fā),介紹了可變性住宅空間在當(dāng)下住宅居住環(huán)境中的運(yùn)用的選題背景、研究意義以及研究方法;然后概述了可變性空間的定義以及支持空間可變性的理論依據(jù);通過對當(dāng)下住宅空間的調(diào)研,總結(jié)出影響空間改變的因素、方法和需求;再從傳統(tǒng)的建造工藝出發(fā),將傳統(tǒng)住宅空間營造方式與現(xiàn)代住宅構(gòu)架方法想結(jié)合,總結(jié)出具有中國特色的住宅空間可變性設(shè)想,并通過實(shí)踐案例和提出概念方案的形式來印證這一設(shè)想的可行性和理論價(jià)值。最后對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)并提出對可變性住宅空間在當(dāng)下住宅環(huán)境中的前景與展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the rural economy China, the continuous implementation of urbanization unceasingly in the country, the city residential demand began after a period of linear growth tends to be relatively stable development. As a manifestation of intention and product architecture decided architects and designers make strategic changes to to better adapt to the large-scale, efficient construction mode. Combining building mode and standard mode of design and industrial production mode, in order to shorten the construction period, improve the residential quality, reduce operation cost effect. With the continuous improvement of living standards, residential form is more and more influenced by the social and human factors. The traditional construction industry from design to development to the construction mode of construction on the road today's housing industrialization development has gradually encountered bottlenecks, difficult to achieve The actual rapid development. This makes designers began to ponder: whether the design framework of our research to adapt to the needs of the people living patterns, which can meet the personalized needs of the population and to meet the basic architecture in general. Usually when we arrange indoor layout or according to conventional thinking, in the framework of relatively fixed within the division, but a family for their own homes whether in function or in the division of the region will be according to their different family structure cycle, different economic income will change a dynamic demand. This paper is mainly in accordance with the questions, analyze problems to the last case put forward by practice the concept of solutions to solve problems are discussed. First, starting from the introduction, introduces the application of the variability in the present residential space of residential environment in the topic back Background, research significance and research methods; then it summarizes the theoretical basis and the definition of spatial variability supports spatial variability; through the investigation on the current residential space, summarizes the factors influencing spatial change, method and demand; from the traditional construction technology of traditional residential space will create with the modern residential architecture method to combine and summed up the idea to have the China residential spatial variability characteristics, and through practical cases and form concept scheme to verify the feasibility of the theory and the idea of value. At last, summarize the thesis and put forward the prospect and expectation of variability of residential space in the residential environment.
