Citect系統(tǒng)在大區(qū)域供暖中應(yīng)用的研究

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展,集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在各領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。在供熱系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,集中控制能夠即時(shí)觀察系統(tǒng)整體運(yùn)行狀態(tài),第一時(shí)間發(fā)現(xiàn)故障隱患,為系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供重要保障。因此,為供熱系統(tǒng)配備集中控制功能已成為必然趨勢(shì)。某大型工業(yè)企業(yè)占地面積廣,各建筑相對(duì)分散,全公司的的日常生產(chǎn)和生活用熱,均由該廠區(qū)的鍋爐房及附屬換熱站、混水機(jī)組提供,然而原有的供熱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能缺失,無(wú)法滿足實(shí)際需求。Vijeo Citect是施耐德電氣的監(jiān)控軟件,能夠提供可靠性高,擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),輕松滿足各類需求。經(jīng)過參考國(guó)內(nèi)外供熱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的成功案例,并對(duì)本項(xiàng)目具體情況進(jìn)行分析,該企業(yè)擬利用Citect建立一套大區(qū)域供暖監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),使用專用網(wǎng)絡(luò),將供熱系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的設(shè)備運(yùn)行參數(shù)和管網(wǎng)信息傳輸至中控室,實(shí)現(xiàn)從熱源到末端全部設(shè)備的實(shí)時(shí)集中控制。該系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),給熱網(wǎng)運(yùn)行提供便利,提高了整個(gè)供熱系統(tǒng)的可靠性,同時(shí)對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排具有重要意義。論文根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況,分析說明了建立此大區(qū)域供暖監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的過程,對(duì)方案設(shè)計(jì)和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行了探討,重點(diǎn)闡述了Citect軟件在應(yīng)用實(shí)例中的使用方式和功能特點(diǎn),同時(shí)還展示了本項(xiàng)目成果,并對(duì)Citect在同類項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and automatic control technology, centralized monitoring system has been widely used in various fields.In the heating system, the centralized control can observe the whole operation state of the system immediately, and find the hidden trouble in the first time, which provides an important guarantee for the stable operation of the system.Therefore, the central control function for the heating system has become an inevitable trend.A large industrial enterprise occupies a wide area, each building is relatively scattered, the daily production and daily living heat of the whole company are provided by the boiler room in the factory area and its auxiliary heat exchange station, water mixing unit, but the function of the original heating monitoring system is missing.Vijeo Citect is the monitoring software of Schneider Electric, which can provide high reliability and expansibility monitoring system, and can easily meet all kinds of requirements.After referring to the successful cases of domestic and foreign heating monitoring system, and analyzing the specific situation of this project, the enterprise plans to use Citect to establish a large area heating monitoring system, using a special network,The equipment operation parameters and pipe network information in the heating system are transmitted to the central control room to realize the real-time centralized control of all the equipments from the heat source to the end.The system achieves the expected design goal, facilitates the operation of the heating network, improves the reliability of the whole heating system, and is of great significance to the realization of energy saving and emission reduction.According to the actual situation of the project, this paper analyzes and explains the process of establishing the large area heating monitoring system, and discusses the problems encountered in the design and implementation of the project.The application mode and function characteristics of Citect software in application cases are expounded, and the results of this project are also presented. The application of Citect in similar projects is prospected.
