以花紋鋼板為上翼緣的鋼-混凝土組合梁試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究以花紋鋼板為上翼緣的鋼-混凝土組合梁的承載力和破壞機理,對花紋鋼板-混凝土界面受剪試件進行了推出試驗,對組合梁試件進行了受彎性能試驗,分析了試件的破壞特征、應(yīng)變分布和荷載-位移曲線。試驗結(jié)果表明:扁豆型花紋鋼板與混凝土界面的黏結(jié)強度介于光圓鋼筋和螺紋鋼筋混凝土黏結(jié)強度之間,混凝土對鋼板的包裹作用對界面黏結(jié)強度有重要影響;組合梁受彎性能試件的最大撓度達(dá)到L/45(L為組合梁跨度),呈現(xiàn)明顯的延性破壞特征;鋼梁-混凝土翼板處于良好的共同工作狀態(tài),達(dá)到完全抗剪組合承載力;組合梁抗彎剛度組合作用系數(shù)約為0.4,界面滑移對變形的影響不可忽略。根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果,給出組合梁的鋼-混凝土界面受剪承載力和界面抗剪剛度計算方法。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bearing capacity and failure mechanism of steel-concrete composite beam with pattern steel plate as the upper flange, the shear specimens at the flange of the steel-concrete composite beam were tested and the flexural behavior of the composite beam specimens were tested.The failure characteristics, strain distribution and load-displacement curve of the specimen are analyzed.The experimental results show that the bond strength of the interface between lentil pattern steel plate and concrete is between the light circular steel bar and the reinforced concrete, and the bonding strength of the interface is affected by the enclosing effect of the concrete on the steel plate.The maximum deflection of composite beam is L / 45 L, which shows obvious ductile failure, and steel beam-concrete flange is in a good working state to achieve full shear bearing capacity.The combined action coefficient of flexural stiffness of composite beam is about 0.4, and the effect of interface slip on deformation can not be ignored.Based on the experimental results, the calculation method of the shear bearing capacity and the shear stiffness of the steel-concrete interface of composite beams are presented.
