【摘要】：針對城市化進程的快速發(fā)展和城市人口資源的高度集中所導(dǎo)致的城區(qū)用地緊張問題,提出了采用高層公寓式住宅解決用地短缺的方法.結(jié)果表明,運用層次分析法將設(shè)計方案中的多方面指標(biāo)進行量化分析,并進行全方位綜合考慮,能夠在多個設(shè)計方案中選擇出最優(yōu)的設(shè)計方案,最優(yōu)方案不僅能滿足住房的安全性和適用性要求,而且能夠節(jié)約成本.通過層次分析法選定的設(shè)計方案能夠為設(shè)計者提供科學(xué)的設(shè)計依據(jù),節(jié)約建設(shè)成本,從而實現(xiàn)成本控制及評價.
[Abstract]:In view of the shortage of urban land caused by the rapid development of urbanization process and the high concentration of urban population resources, this paper puts forward a method to solve the shortage of land by adopting high-rise apartment housing.The results show that the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to quantitatively analyze the various indexes in the design scheme and to consider comprehensively and comprehensively, and the optimal design scheme can be selected among the multiple design schemes.The optimal scheme can not only meet the security and applicability requirements of housing, but also save cost.The design scheme selected by AHP can provide scientific design basis for designers, save construction cost, and realize cost control and evaluation.
