速凝漿液裂隙動(dòng)水注漿擴(kuò)散數(shù)值模擬與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:針對(duì)動(dòng)水注漿中常用的2種速凝漿液,水泥 水玻璃漿液與高聚物改性水泥漿液,考慮漿液黏度時(shí)變特性,應(yīng)用有限元計(jì)算軟件COMSOL Multiphysics建立動(dòng)水條件下裂隙注漿擴(kuò)散的數(shù)值模型,研究動(dòng)水條件下裂隙注漿擴(kuò)散規(guī)律并分析不同黏度時(shí)變特性、初始動(dòng)水流速與注漿速率對(duì)注漿擴(kuò)散過程的影響,并將數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與模型試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證數(shù)值模擬方法的有效性。研究結(jié)果表明:漿液擴(kuò)散形態(tài)在逆水方向和順?biāo)较虮憩F(xiàn)出明顯的差異性;進(jìn)水邊界處的壓力逐漸趨近于遠(yuǎn)端的地下水壓強(qiáng),注漿初期在裂隙邊界附近及繞流區(qū)內(nèi)流速較高,注漿后期整個(gè)裂隙內(nèi)的流速變化幅度不大;在試驗(yàn)條件下,初始動(dòng)水流速與注漿速率的提高均會(huì)導(dǎo)致裂隙內(nèi)壓力及流速的增加,注漿速率對(duì)裂隙內(nèi)壓力分布的影響比初始動(dòng)水流速顯著;C-S漿液與GT 1漿液擴(kuò)散規(guī)律類似,但由于兩者黏度時(shí)變性的差異導(dǎo)致兩者擴(kuò)散規(guī)律稍有差別。
[Abstract]:Considering the time-varying characteristics of the viscosity of the cement paste, two kinds of quick solidification slurry, cement water glass slurry and polymer modified cement slurry, which are commonly used in hydrodynamic grouting, are considered.The finite element calculation software COMSOL Multiphysics is used to establish the numerical model of crack grouting diffusion under dynamic water condition. The law of crack grouting diffusion under dynamic water condition is studied and the time-varying characteristics of different viscosity are analyzed.The effect of initial dynamic flow velocity and grouting rate on the grouting diffusion process is studied. The numerical simulation results are compared with the model tests to verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulation method.The results show that the diffusive morphology of the slurry shows obvious difference in the reverse water direction and the downstream direction, and the pressure at the inlet boundary gradually approaches to the distal groundwater pressure, and the flow velocity is higher near the fissure boundary and around the flow zone at the initial stage of grouting.In the later stage of grouting, the variation of velocity in the whole fissure is small, and the increase of initial dynamic flow velocity and grouting rate will lead to the increase of the pressure and velocity of the crack under the experimental conditions.The effect of grouting rate on pressure distribution in fracture is similar to that between C-S slurry and GT 1 slurry, but the diffusion law is slightly different due to the difference of viscosity time variation between them.
