【摘要】：在高新技術快速發(fā)展的今天,科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設對我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到了十分重要的推動作用。在國際經(jīng)濟發(fā)展趨勢和我國政策引導之下,我國各個地區(qū)的科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設也蓬勃發(fā)展起來,而魚形山智慧谷產(chǎn)業(yè)園就是目前正在建設中的科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園,作為正在建設中的新型科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園,它的建設應該改變過去傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展模式,園區(qū)不再是以單一的工業(yè)建筑為主,更多的是考慮園區(qū)工作人員對工作環(huán)境的需求和園區(qū)的外部景觀空間設計。本文首先介紹我國科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設背景,接著分析國內外的科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展模式,結合我國科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展的實際情況,充分挖掘我國科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園中優(yōu)秀的園區(qū)景觀設計模式,為設計實踐提供一定的借鑒作用。通過實地考察,對益陽市魚形山智慧谷科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設現(xiàn)狀進行深入的了解和分析,在現(xiàn)狀調研的基礎上對益陽市魚形山智慧谷科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園所存在的問題進行歸納和總結,探討在保留當?shù)卦凶匀痪坝^與人文特色的基礎上,提出魚形山智慧谷科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園中心區(qū)景觀設計理念、設計原則和設計對策,通過規(guī)劃科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園中心區(qū)的道路與景觀小品設施,從而對魚形山智慧谷科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園進行了整體的景觀設計。最后,對全文進行總結和展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high and new technology, the construction of science and technology industry park has played a very important role in the economic development of our country.Under the guidance of the international economic development trend and China's policies, the construction of science and technology industrial parks in various regions of our country has also flourished. The Yuzhoushan Wisdom Valley Industrial Park is the science and technology industry park under construction at present.As a new type of science and technology industrial park under construction, its construction should change the traditional development model in the past. The park is no longer dominated by a single industrial building.More consideration is given to the staff's needs for the work environment and the design of the external landscape space of the park.This paper first introduces the background of the construction of science and technology industry park in China, then analyzes the development mode of science and technology industry park at home and abroad, and combines the actual situation of the development of science and technology industry park in our country.Fully excavate the excellent landscape design pattern of our country's science and technology industry park, and provide some reference for the design practice.Through on-the-spot investigation, this paper makes a deep understanding and analysis of the present construction situation of Yuzhuangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park in Yiyang City, and sums up and summarizes the problems existing in the Yiyang Yuzhangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park on the basis of the investigation and investigation of the present situation.On the basis of preserving the local natural landscape and humanistic characteristics, this paper puts forward the concept of landscape design, design principles and design countermeasures in the center of Yuzhangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park.By planning the roads and landscape facilities in the central area of the Science and Technology Industry Park, the overall landscape design of the Yuzhangshan Wisdom Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park was carried out.Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
