淮安生態(tài)新城低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)性能及優(yōu)化運行研究

【摘要】:能源與環(huán)境問題是當今社會關注的焦點問題之一。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,以燃煤為主的城市集中供暖成為我國建筑能耗最大的領域。一次能源不合理的利用不僅造成了驚人的能源浪費,而且還污染了環(huán)境,破壞了生態(tài)平衡。采用能源梯級利用技術,提升余熱利用水平,從而提高一次能源的利用率,對我國實現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排目標具有非常重要的意義。本文以低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)性能與優(yōu)化運行為主題,選取淮安生態(tài)新城工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)為研究點,基于該系統(tǒng)近兩年供暖運行數(shù)據(jù),圍繞余熱供暖系統(tǒng)應用現(xiàn)狀、運行性能、經(jīng)濟社會效益、系統(tǒng)能耗模擬分析及優(yōu)化運行策略等方面,對工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)進行系統(tǒng)的研究,分析工業(yè)余熱利用效率的影響因素,針對工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)的不同運行模型提出優(yōu)化運行方案,從而實現(xiàn)提升能源梯級利用以及一次能源利用率的目標。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)基于國內(nèi)外既有的工業(yè)余熱利用研究及工程應用現(xiàn)狀,分析低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖的應用潛力;(2)選取淮安生態(tài)新城低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)為研究點,提出工業(yè)余熱供暖系統(tǒng)運行性能的測評方案,論述余熱供暖系統(tǒng)的測試內(nèi)容和評價方法;(3)針對淮安生態(tài)新城低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng),進行系統(tǒng)性能的運行分析,研究分析不同工況下的供暖系統(tǒng)運行能效,并在此基礎上探索余熱利用供暖系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能優(yōu)化運行策略;(4)針對淮安生態(tài)新城低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng),對該系統(tǒng)進行節(jié)能評估及經(jīng)濟性分析,分析余熱供暖系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能環(huán)保效果。本文采用現(xiàn)場實測和模擬相結(jié)合的研究方法,對淮安生態(tài)新城低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域供暖系統(tǒng)性能及優(yōu)化運行進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,研究成果表明低品位工業(yè)余熱利用可以減少煤炭消耗,提升一次能源利用率,具有較優(yōu)的經(jīng)濟效益。本文研究成果將為今后低品位工業(yè)余熱區(qū)域利用的研究以及工程應用提供理論支撐和技術方法,在建筑節(jié)能和能源等領域有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Energy and environment is one of the focus issues in the society.With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the urban central heating, which is mainly coal burning, has become the largest area of building energy consumption in our country.The unreasonable use of primary energy not only causes an astonishing waste of energy, but also pollutes the environment and destroys the ecological balance.It is of great significance for our country to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction by adopting energy cascade technology to improve the utilization level of waste heat and improve the utilization ratio of primary energy.In this paper, the performance and optimal operation of low-grade industrial waste heat region heating system are selected as the research point, based on the data of heating operation in the past two years.Based on the application status, operation performance, economic and social benefits, energy consumption simulation analysis and optimized operation strategy of the waste heat heating system, this paper makes a systematic study on the industrial waste heat region heating system.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of industrial waste heat utilization efficiency, the optimal operation scheme is put forward for different operation models of industrial waste heat district heating system, so as to achieve the goal of improving energy cascade utilization and primary energy utilization efficiency.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the present situation of industrial waste heat utilization and engineering application at home and abroad,This paper analyzes the application potential of low-grade industrial waste heat region heating system. (2) selecting the low-grade industrial waste heat district heating system of Huai'an Ecological New Town as the research point, the paper puts forward a scheme for evaluating the operation performance of industrial waste heat heating system.This paper discusses the test content and evaluation method of waste heat heating system. Aiming at the low grade industrial waste heat district heating system of Huai'an Ecological New Town, the system performance is analyzed, and the energy efficiency of heating system under different working conditions is studied and analyzed.On the basis of this, the energy saving optimization operation strategy of waste heat utilization heating system is explored. Aiming at the low grade industrial waste heat district heating system of Huai'an Ecological New Town, the energy saving evaluation and economic analysis are carried out.The energy saving and environmental protection effect of waste heat heating system is analyzed.In this paper, the performance and optimal operation of the low-grade industrial waste heat district heating system in Huai'an Ecological New Town are studied systematically by the method of field measurement and simulation.The research results show that low grade industrial waste heat utilization can reduce coal consumption, improve primary energy utilization, and have better economic benefits.The research results in this paper will provide theoretical support and technical methods for the research and engineering application of low-grade industrial waste heat in the future. It is of great significance in the field of building energy conservation and energy.
