【摘要】:徽州古民居是徽州傳統(tǒng)建筑的典型代表,蘊含著深厚的文化地域特色,凝結著古徽州人文化修養(yǎng)、審美需求、價值取向。其主體結構的材料主要是磚、木、石,連接方式主要是榫卯連接,結構合理,技藝巧妙,不管是在總體規(guī)劃上其風格自成一家,就連單個建筑的平面或者空間上處理以及雕刻藝術的采用也是極具皖南本地特色。所處地理位置更使得它們蘊含當?shù)匚幕A與山川靈氣,建成的結構被中外建筑師們嘆為觀止。然而,就目前來說徽州古民居建筑業(yè)面臨著嚴重的破壞。分析徽州古民居破壞的原因時,不僅要考慮由于年代久遠所造成的的木材老化,還要分析古民居的震害特點。卯榫連接方式對于古民居具有良好的穩(wěn)定性能發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,所以要研究出對徽州古民居卯榫節(jié)點加固修繕確實可行的辦法;谶@一點,本文主要對徽州古民居中榫卯節(jié)點加固方法進行研究。本文主要內容與研究成果如下:(1)本文在查閱大量文獻與資料和實地調研的基礎上闡述了徽州傳統(tǒng)民居震害特點和卯榫節(jié)點破損形式,對其受力破壞機理及耗能能力進行分析。(2)總結歸納了徽州古民居卯榫節(jié)點的加固措施。(3)選取單跨的徽州古民居的木構架為原型,通過計算和有限元分析的方法對榫卯節(jié)點加固前后進行受力變化分析。(4)通過卯榫節(jié)點加固前后受力性能對比,加固后的卯榫節(jié)點的受力性能明顯提高。驗證了扁鋼和碳纖維布加固的可行性,為今后徽州傳統(tǒng)建筑的修復與保護提供參考。
[Abstract]:Huizhou ancient residence is a typical representative of Huizhou traditional architecture, which contains profound cultural regional characteristics, condenses ancient Huizhou people's cultural accomplishment, aesthetic demand and value orientation.The materials of its main structure are mainly brick, wood, stone, and the main way of connection is tenon and joint. The structure is reasonable and the skill is clever, regardless of its own style in the overall planning,Even the plane or space of a single building, as well as the use of engraving art is extremely local features of southern Anhui.Because of their geographical location, they contain the essence of local culture and the spirit of mountains and rivers, and their structures are breathed by Chinese and foreign architects.However, at present, Huizhou ancient residential construction industry is faced with serious damage.When analyzing the causes of the destruction of ancient residential buildings in Huizhou, not only the aging of wood caused by old age should be considered, but also the characteristics of earthquake damage of ancient houses should be analyzed.Tenon joint plays an irreplaceable role in the stability of ancient residential buildings, so it is feasible to study the reinforcement and repair of tenon joints of ancient residential houses in Huizhou.Based on this, this paper mainly studies the tenon joint reinforcement method of Huizhou ancient residence.The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows: (1) on the basis of consulting a large number of documents and materials and field investigation, this paper expounds the characteristics of earthquake damage of traditional residential buildings in Huizhou and the form of joint breakage.In this paper, the mechanism of mechanical failure and energy dissipation ability are analyzed. 2) the reinforcement measures of joint tenon and tenon joint of ancient Huizhou dwelling are summarized. (3) the single span wooden frame of ancient Huizhou dwelling is selected as the prototype.By means of calculation and finite element analysis, the stress changes of tenon joints before and after reinforcement are analyzed. 4) by comparing the mechanical behavior of tenon joints before and after strengthening, the mechanical performance of the joints strengthened is improved obviously.The feasibility of reinforcing flat steel and carbon fiber sheet is verified, which provides a reference for the restoration and protection of Huizhou traditional buildings in the future.
