【摘要】：針對基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過于保守,運(yùn)輸通道處施工滯后問題,以某深基坑工程為背景,提出相應(yīng)的支護(hù)變更方案.運(yùn)用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立三維模型,同時(shí)考慮車輛荷載乘以沖擊系數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為靜載時(shí)的影響,模擬分析圍護(hù)墻的拉錨支撐方案局部變更后對結(jié)構(gòu)的受力變形影響,并與實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)對比.結(jié)果表明:原方案設(shè)計(jì)過于保守,變更方案后基坑的穩(wěn)定性仍滿足要求,且能加快施工進(jìn)度;錨索層數(shù)適當(dāng)調(diào)整減少后,圍護(hù)墻位移、彎矩以及錨索應(yīng)力變化較小;第一層錨索的位置對圍護(hù)墻墻頂位移以及圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)受力的影響較大,離墻頂距離越大,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)變形越大;當(dāng)車輛荷載距離基坑一定時(shí),車輛荷載會(huì)對圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力變形產(chǎn)生一定影響.
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the design of foundation pit enclosure is too conservative and the construction of transportation passage is lagging behind, the corresponding support modification scheme is put forward in the background of a deep foundation pit project. The three-dimensional model is established by using ABAQUS finite element software. At the same time, considering the influence of vehicle load multiplied by impact coefficient to static load, the influence of structural deformation caused by the local change of bracing scheme of retaining wall is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the original scheme design is too conservative, the stability of foundation pit can still meet the requirements after changing the scheme, and the construction progress can be accelerated. The position of the first layer anchor cable has great influence on the displacement of the wall top and the stress of the retaining structure. The larger the distance from the top of the wall, the greater the deformation of the surrounding structure; when the vehicle load distance from the foundation pit is constant, The vehicle load will have certain influence on the stress deformation of the enclosure structure.
