裝配式建筑的工程項目管理及發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的建筑工程施工管理模式中施工周期長,產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率低、環(huán)保效益差、安全隱患多等弊端,為順應(yīng)國家倡導(dǎo)綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建筑工業(yè)化道路,裝配式建筑是替代傳統(tǒng)施工方式的最優(yōu)選擇。裝配式建筑節(jié)能、環(huán)保、工期短、質(zhì)量有保證,可進行工廠化流水線生產(chǎn)。然而,目前我國裝配式建筑發(fā)展進程較為緩慢,多方因素制約其發(fā)展,工程管理模式還是按照傳統(tǒng)的施工管理方式在進行,而學(xué)者們對于預(yù)制裝配式建筑的工程管理模式的研究還較少;诖,論文主要研究裝配式建筑技術(shù)對現(xiàn)代工程項目管理的影響,結(jié)合實際案例與專家訪談,分析影響因素,提出管理模式的改進意見,以及針對我國裝配式建筑發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出一定的思考與對策,從而進一步推動裝配式建筑的發(fā)展。主要內(nèi)容如下:1)在實際項目管理中,裝配式技術(shù)總體上比現(xiàn)澆技術(shù)具有更多優(yōu)勢。從工程項目管理的角度出發(fā),系統(tǒng)研究了裝配式建筑技術(shù)與現(xiàn)澆技術(shù)對工程項目的成本、進度、質(zhì)量、安全等角度的影響分析,并分別總結(jié)了相應(yīng)的影響因素,并結(jié)合相關(guān)的案例分析,得出目前裝配式建筑的成本比現(xiàn)澆偏高,實證了與傳統(tǒng)建造方式的差異,突出了裝配式建筑技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢。2)在裝配式建筑的工程項目管理模式上提出EPC五位一體+并行+BIM。結(jié)合管理相關(guān)理論,對裝配式建筑的項目管理提出了相應(yīng)改進建議,應(yīng)當擯棄傳統(tǒng)的承包模式,采用EPC五位一體建設(shè)模式,并運用并行思想理論結(jié)合BIM信息化技術(shù)開展裝配式建筑的項目管理,最大化提高裝配式發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢。3)總結(jié)了我國裝配式建筑當前發(fā)展的建議措施。從政策、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟等方面,探討了目前我國裝配式建筑推行緩慢的原因,并由此提出在政策上應(yīng)該加大力度支持與引導(dǎo),加快裝配式建筑技術(shù)研發(fā),并建立相關(guān)標準與指南,政府與企業(yè)也要結(jié)合市場,因地制宜,減少成本,加快推行預(yù)制裝配式建筑的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the traditional construction management mode of building engineering, the construction period is long, the industrial production efficiency is low, the environmental protection benefit is poor, the safety hidden danger is many and so on, in order to conform to the construction industrialization road that the country advocates the green sustainable development, Prefabricated building is the best alternative to the traditional construction mode. The prefabricated building is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, short construction period, guaranteed quality, and can be produced by factory pipeline. However, at present, the development of prefabricated architecture in China is relatively slow. Many factors restrict its development, the engineering management mode is still carried out according to the traditional construction management mode, but the scholars' research on the engineering management mode of prefabricated building is still few. This paper mainly studies the influence of prefabricated construction technology on modern engineering project management, analyzes the influencing factors, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of management mode, combining with actual cases and expert interviews. And put forward some thoughts and countermeasures in view of the present situation of the development of prefabricated buildings in our country, so as to further promote the development of prefabricated buildings. The main contents are as follows: 1) in the actual project management, The prefabricated technology has more advantages than the cast-in-place technology on the whole. From the point of view of project management, the influence of prefabricated construction technology and cast-in-place technology on the cost, schedule, quality and safety of the project is systematically studied. And summarized the corresponding factors, and combined with the analysis of relevant cases, concluded that the cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than cast-in-place, empirical and traditional construction of the difference. The advantages of prefabricated building technology. 2) in the engineering project management mode of prefabricated building, the paper puts forward the EPC five-in-one parallel BIM.Combined with the relevant management theory, the paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for the project management of the prefabricated building. We should abandon the traditional contracting mode, adopt the five-in-one construction mode of EPC, and carry out the project management of the prefabricated building by using the parallel thought theory and the BIM information technology. In this paper, the author sums up the suggestions for the development of prefabricated buildings in China. From the aspects of policy, technology and economy, this paper discusses the reasons for the slow implementation of prefabricated buildings in China. Therefore, we should strengthen the support and guidance in the policy, accelerate the research and development of assembly construction technology, and establish the relevant standards and guidelines. The government and enterprises should also combine the market, adjust measures to local conditions and reduce costs. Speed up the development of prefabricated buildings.
