建筑排風(fēng)隔熱外窗區(qū)域模型的實驗驗證

【摘要】:排風(fēng)隔熱窗可以充分利用空調(diào)排風(fēng)的低品位能,使外窗室內(nèi)側(cè)玻璃表面溫度接近于室內(nèi)空氣溫度,從而減少外窗形成的空調(diào)負荷。本文采用區(qū)域模型法,通過單元能量平衡分析,建立排風(fēng)隔熱窗的二維傳熱數(shù)學(xué)模型。搭建排風(fēng)隔熱窗的測試實驗臺,開展其熱特性的實驗研究,利用實測數(shù)據(jù)驗證模型建立過程中二維簡化方法的正確性,以及通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)與模擬計算結(jié)果的比較,驗證模型本身的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The exhaust air insulation window can make full use of the low grade energy of the air conditioning exhaust air, and make the surface temperature of the outer window side glass close to the indoor air temperature, thus reducing the air conditioning load formed by the outer window. Through the energy balance analysis of the unit, the two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model of the exhaust air insulation window is established. The test bench of the exhaust air insulation window is built, and the experimental study on its thermal characteristics is carried out. The validity of the two-dimensional simplified method in the process of establishing the model is verified by the measured data, and the reliability of the model is verified by comparing the experimental data with the simulation results.
