【摘要】：養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的建設(shè)近年來(lái)得到了廣泛的關(guān)注。老年人的身體的適應(yīng)能力較差,而且室內(nèi)活動(dòng)時(shí)間較多,所以對(duì)于養(yǎng)老設(shè)施室內(nèi)環(huán)境的舒適性研究就顯得比普通建筑更為重要。作為其中的關(guān)鍵因素,養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境研究便具有重要的意義。本文以北京地區(qū)的氣候及建筑特點(diǎn)為前提,首先提出了養(yǎng)老設(shè)施室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境問(wèn)題的矛盾性,闡述了本文的研究意義和目的。之后介紹了支撐全文展開(kāi)的研究現(xiàn)狀以及基本方法,即室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境相關(guān)概念的明確以及資料調(diào)研、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、CFD分析、實(shí)地測(cè)試在文中的運(yùn)用方法。其次,根據(jù)對(duì)于北京市內(nèi)共六處養(yǎng)老設(shè)施進(jìn)行的實(shí)地調(diào)研,總結(jié)歸納出室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題以及現(xiàn)存不足。再次,結(jié)合調(diào)研結(jié)果和相關(guān)資料,總結(jié)得出用于進(jìn)行室內(nèi)自然通風(fēng)模擬的模擬方案,并針對(duì)周邊環(huán)境、建筑形式、老人居室等要點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行了考慮不同變量的自然風(fēng)環(huán)境模擬。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)于模擬結(jié)果的歸納與分析,總結(jié)出相關(guān)規(guī)律,并嘗試提出了優(yōu)化養(yǎng)老設(shè)施室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境的建議,即總平面設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)充分考慮場(chǎng)地內(nèi)既有風(fēng)場(chǎng);建筑形式中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)利用公共空間對(duì)于室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境的調(diào)節(jié)作用;老人居室中的合理空間尺度以及開(kāi)窗方式等結(jié)論。本文主要就自然通風(fēng)方面,通過(guò)對(duì)于CFD模擬結(jié)果的客觀的定性分析,為對(duì)于室內(nèi)風(fēng)環(huán)境而言的不同影響因素做出評(píng)價(jià),整合提出了相關(guān)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of old-age facilities has received extensive attention in recent years. The body adaptability of the elderly is poor, and there is more indoor activity time. Therefore, the study of indoor comfort of pension facilities is more important than that of ordinary buildings. As a key factor, It is of great significance to study the indoor wind environment of old-age facilities. Based on the climate and architectural characteristics of Beijing, this paper first puts forward the contradiction of indoor wind environment problems in old-age facilities. The significance and purpose of this paper are expounded, and then the present research situation and basic methods of supporting the full text are introduced, that is, the definition of indoor wind environment related concepts and data investigation, field investigation and CFD analysis. The application method of field test in this paper. Secondly, according to the field investigation of six old-age facilities in Beijing, the paper summarizes the key problems of indoor wind environment and the existing deficiencies. Thirdly, combining the research results and relevant materials, The simulation scheme for indoor natural ventilation simulation is summarized, and the natural wind environment simulation considering different variables is carried out according to the main points of surrounding environment, architectural form, old people's room and so on. Finally, Through the induction and analysis of the simulation results, this paper summarizes the relevant laws, and tries to put forward the suggestion of optimizing the indoor wind environment of pension facilities, that is, the existing wind field in the site should be fully considered in the general plane design; In the form of building, we should make use of the public space to regulate the indoor wind environment, the reasonable space scale in the old people's room and the way of opening windows, etc. This paper mainly deals with the natural ventilation, and so on. Based on the objective qualitative analysis of CFD simulation results, some suggestions on optimization design are put forward for the evaluation of different factors affecting indoor wind environment.
