自密實爐渣混凝土性能試驗研究

【摘要】:采用單因素試驗方法研究水膠比及粉煤灰取代率對自密實爐渣混凝土的工作性能、表觀密度和力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:以爐渣作為骨料配制出的自密實輕骨料混凝土工作性能符合JGJ/T 283—2012的要求,粉煤灰取代率對自密實爐渣混凝土各項性能影響相比水膠比變化更為顯著。自密實爐渣混凝土的最優(yōu)水膠比為0.42,粉煤灰取代率為70.0%,此時混凝土表觀密度為1645.5 kg/m~3,28 d抗壓、抗折強度分別為16.3、2.2 MPa。
[Abstract]:The performance of self-compacting slag concrete by water-binder ratio and fly ash replacement ratio was studied by single factor test method. The effect of apparent density and mechanical properties. The results show that the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete made of slag as aggregate meets the requirements of JGJ/T 283-2012. The effect of the replacement ratio of fly ash on the properties of self-compacting slag concrete is more significant than that of water-binder ratio. The optimum water-binder ratio of self-compacting slag concrete is 0.42, and the replacement ratio of fly ash is 70.0.The apparent density of concrete is 1645.5 kg / m ~ (-1) ~ 3 ~ (28) d. The flexural strength was 16.3 and 2.2 MPa, respectively.
