【摘要】:蘇州古城區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)建筑作為蘇州古城風(fēng)貌的重要元素,是蘇州地域建筑文化傳承的紐帶,也是蘇州歷史文化信息的重要載體。但是,隨著時間的進(jìn)程和長久的使用,這些老建筑難以避免的出現(xiàn)了突出的采光、通風(fēng)、防潮、隔熱、安全、廚衛(wèi)設(shè)施以及空間高度與分隔等方面的技術(shù)問題。當(dāng)我們面臨處理這種老建筑實際狀況不能滿足業(yè)主現(xiàn)實需求的矛盾時,除了基本的修復(fù)與保護,傳統(tǒng)建筑的節(jié)能改造給我們帶來了新的啟示和希望。本文主要是嘗試對基于蘇州古城區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)建筑修復(fù)的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)能改造的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究和探討。首先,本文通過對古城區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)建筑的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,主要是針對其中的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)保存情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,探討現(xiàn)有的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)對室內(nèi)舒適度和建筑耗能的影響,并對傳統(tǒng)建筑中蘊含的被動節(jié)能技術(shù)進(jìn)行提取。其次,在調(diào)研過的建筑中選取資料詳實齊全且有代表性的建筑進(jìn)行個案研究,梳理建筑的歷史,分析建筑的布局,研究老建筑的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造,并利用相關(guān)軟件對建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能計算,做出節(jié)能評估。最后,在案例分析和比照的基礎(chǔ)上,聚焦圍護結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)能改造,尤其是使節(jié)能構(gòu)造如與傳統(tǒng)古建構(gòu)造有機結(jié)合,且契合古建筑原有形式和樣式、通過繪制構(gòu)造圖和文字描述加以呈現(xiàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上針對沒有施用節(jié)能措施的建筑案例做出節(jié)能設(shè)計,將參數(shù)置入軟件模型中進(jìn)行節(jié)能模擬計算,依據(jù)計算判定結(jié)果提出適用傳統(tǒng)建筑的圍護結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)能改造策略,以滿足對老建筑節(jié)能和室內(nèi)舒適度的新要求。
[Abstract]:As an important element of Suzhou ancient city style and features, the traditional architecture of Suzhou ancient city is the link of Suzhou regional architectural culture inheritance and the important carrier of Suzhou historical and cultural information. These old buildings are inescapable of prominent lighting, ventilation, moisture-proof, insulation, safety, When we are faced with the contradiction that the actual condition of the old building can not meet the real needs of the owners, in addition to the basic repair and protection, The energy-saving reconstruction of traditional buildings has brought us new inspiration and hope. This paper mainly attempts to study and discuss the key technologies of energy-saving reconstruction of the envelope structure based on the restoration of the traditional buildings in the ancient urban area of Suzhou. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the traditional buildings in the ancient urban areas, this paper mainly investigates and analyzes the preservation of the enclosure structure, and discusses the influence of the existing enclosure structure on the indoor comfort and building energy consumption. And the passive energy saving technology contained in the traditional architecture is extracted. Secondly, select the complete and representative buildings in the investigated buildings for a case study, comb the history of the building, analyze the layout of the building, This paper studies the structure of the envelope structure of the old building, and makes use of the related software to calculate and evaluate the energy saving of the building. Finally, on the basis of the case analysis and comparison, the paper focuses on the energy-saving reconstruction of the envelope structure. In particular, energy saving structures are organically combined with the traditional ancient architecture structures, and fit into the original forms and styles of the ancient buildings, which are presented by drawing structural maps and descriptive characters. On this basis, the energy-saving design is made for the building cases without energy-saving measures, and the parameters are put into the software model to carry out the energy-saving simulation calculation. Based on the results of calculation and judgment, the energy-saving reconstruction strategy of the envelope structure suitable for traditional buildings is put forward. To meet the old building energy saving and indoor comfort of the new requirements.
