【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代建設(shè)領(lǐng)域,綠化工程是以項(xiàng)目的方式開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù),綠化工程項(xiàng)目的漸進(jìn)性特點(diǎn)給工程項(xiàng)目管理帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn)。綠化工程的建設(shè)投資額巨大、周期長(zhǎng),在工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中各階段的工程質(zhì)量給工程的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)影響。質(zhì)量建設(shè)一直是綠化工程的目標(biāo),沒(méi)有質(zhì)量,談不上成功的工程。在現(xiàn)代工程管理中,質(zhì)量管理是各項(xiàng)工程建設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)的核心,是整個(gè)工程建設(shè)的根本保證,是決定工程成敗的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。綠化工程在產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中涉及多個(gè)合作單位。在建設(shè)過(guò)程中要綜合多方面的力量來(lái)提高質(zhì)量,在工程項(xiàng)目中成了一項(xiàng)綜合性的工作;最后,綠化工程的完成要受到多種因素的影響。在綠化工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)中,科學(xué)管理,規(guī)范施工,保證質(zhì)量,才能提高景觀效果,達(dá)到綠化建設(shè)的初衷,綠化施工企業(yè)只有以質(zhì)量求生存和發(fā)展。在建設(shè)方對(duì)施工方的管理日益看重的當(dāng)下,本文緊跟研究的方向,從理論層面探究討論了影響綠化的各方面原因,并依此提出改善施工管理的方法,對(duì)前人在此方向已經(jīng)提出的理論方法和取得的成就做了整理匯總,以綠化施工的特性為本,找到并用其管理因素來(lái)使綠化在施工中實(shí)現(xiàn)越來(lái)越規(guī)范和科學(xué)的目標(biāo),從而踐行調(diào)整和提升施工中對(duì)質(zhì)量的管理的宗旨。綜上,本文兼具理論基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)術(shù)上的意義。同時(shí),本文進(jìn)行的研究在增強(qiáng)對(duì)綠化工程質(zhì)量的掌握和把控,提升施工方在施工的管理程度,以及找出在技術(shù)方面可以用于提升工程品質(zhì)的方法,推動(dòng)景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)等方面都有相對(duì)實(shí)際的價(jià)值。本文主要是以綠化工程在綠化中的施工質(zhì)量管理為研究前提,對(duì)工程質(zhì)量管理的主要內(nèi)容和相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述,在以根據(jù)綠化工程在綠化中施工的特點(diǎn)探討了綠化施工中的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)上,找出我國(guó)綠化施工質(zhì)量管理目前所存在的問(wèn)題以及造成該問(wèn)題的原因并做出解決問(wèn)題的策略與方案。整個(gè)研究過(guò)程中,論文通過(guò)對(duì)濟(jì)南中央公園一期的綠化工程的相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行分析和論證,對(duì)綠化工程施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行更深層次的了解和分析,從而對(duì)如何依照制度工程質(zhì)量的管理做出合適的調(diào)控和管理產(chǎn)生一定的借鑒和啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:In the field of modern construction, greening works are carried out in the form of projects. The gradual characteristics of greening projects bring challenges to project management. The construction investment of greening projects is huge and the period is long. In the process of engineering construction, the quality of the project at all stages has an impact on the economic benefit and social development of the project. Quality construction has always been the goal of the greening project. There is no quality, and there is no successful project. In modern engineering management, Quality management is the core of all construction links and the fundamental guarantee of the whole project construction. The greening project involves many cooperative units in the production process of the products. In the construction process, it is necessary to integrate various forces to improve the quality, which has become a comprehensive work in the engineering project; finally, The completion of greening projects must be affected by many factors. In the realization of greening projects, scientific management, standardization of construction and quality assurance can improve the landscape effect and achieve the original intention of greening construction. The greening construction enterprises can only survive and develop on the basis of quality. At the moment when the constructors are paying more and more attention to the management of the construction side, this paper follows the direction of the research and discusses the reasons that affect the greening from the theoretical level. According to this, the author puts forward the methods of improving construction management, and summarizes the theoretical methods and achievements that have been put forward by predecessors in this direction, taking the characteristics of greening construction as the basis. Find out and use its management factors to make greening realize more and more standard and scientific goal in construction, so as to carry out the aim of adjusting and improving the quality management in construction. In summary, this paper has both theoretical foundation and academic significance. At the same time, The research carried out in this paper is to improve the quality of greening projects, improve the management of construction, and find out the methods that can be used to improve the quality of projects in the technical aspects. It is of relative practical value to promote the construction of landscape environment. In this paper, the main contents and related concepts of engineering quality management are expounded on the premise of construction quality management of greening engineering in greening. On the basis of discussing the quality management in greening construction according to the characteristics of greening construction, To find out the problems existing in the quality management of greening construction in our country and the causes of the problems, and to make the strategies and schemes to solve the problems. Through the analysis and demonstration of the case of the first stage of the green project in Jinan Central Park, the paper makes a deeper understanding and analysis of the construction quality of the green project. So how to make appropriate regulation and management according to the system engineering quality management has certain reference and enlightening significance.
