特高壓跨越施工封網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)力學分析

【摘要】:封網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)對于保障特高壓跨越輸電線路施工安全具有重要意義,其具有較高的技術(shù)和施工要求,但目前對于其研究大多簡化為單索計算。為與實際狀態(tài)更符合,考慮絕緣撐桿及網(wǎng)的影響,利用有限元軟件建立封網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對封網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)在不同工況下的力學性能進行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:隨檔距增大,承載索弧垂和最大張力均增大;隨預緊力增大,承載索弧垂與最大張力分別呈線性減小與增大;隨承載索間距增大,弧垂和張力也明顯增大;隨承載索直徑增大,會使封網(wǎng)裝置與被跨物的安全距離更得到保障,但承載索最大張力會顯著增大;全封網(wǎng)形式承受沖擊荷載的能力顯著強于局部封網(wǎng)。
[Abstract]:The sealing network structure is of great significance to ensure the construction safety of UHV transmission lines. It has high technical and construction requirements, but at present, most of the research on it is simplified to single cable calculation, which is more consistent with the actual situation. Considering the influence of insulation braces and nets, the finite element software is used to establish the sealing structure model, and the mechanical properties of the sealing structure under different working conditions are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the spacing, the sagging of the bearing cable and the maximum tension increase; With the increase of pretension force, the sagging and maximum tension of the bearing cable decrease and increase linearly, respectively; with the increase of the distance between the loaded cables, the sag and the tension also increase obviously; with the increase of the diameter of the bearing cable, the sagging and tension of the bearing cable increase. The safety distance between the sealer and the traverse will be more guaranteed, but the maximum tension of the bearing cable will increase significantly, and the ability of the whole sealing network to withstand the impact load is obviously stronger than that of the partial sealing.
