【摘要】：介紹了反向翻板濾池的工藝特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合某凈水廠改擴(kuò)建工程提出了實(shí)踐應(yīng)用中的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。凈水廠總設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為4×10~4m~3/d,本次改擴(kuò)建對(duì)原2×10~4m~3/d部分凈水處理構(gòu)(建)筑物進(jìn)行改造,并擴(kuò)建2×10~4m~3/d凈水處理構(gòu)(建)筑物。針對(duì)原凈水處理主體工藝的雙閥濾池按舊水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)(出水濁度≤3 NTU)、采用穿孔管大阻力配水系統(tǒng)及反沖洗方式為單水反沖洗等不足,對(duì)原雙閥濾池配水系統(tǒng)和反沖洗方式進(jìn)行改造,采用多功能濾管布水布?xì)庀到y(tǒng)和三段式氣水反沖洗方式,擴(kuò)建濾池采用反向翻板濾池。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the technological characteristics of reverse plate filter, and puts forward the design parameters in practical application combined with the reconstruction and extension project of a water purification plant. The total design scale of the water purification plant is 4 脳 10 ~ (4) m ~ (3 / d), and the original 2 脳 10~4m~3/d partial water purification structure (construction) building is modified by this reconstruction and extension.
