蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下復(fù)合水泥膠凝材料的優(yōu)化匹配

【摘要】:利用XRD、SEM、TG/DSC、MIP等測試方法,對常壓高溫蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)下礦渣和粉煤灰等不同組成的復(fù)合膠凝材料物理性能及水化特性差異進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,85℃常壓蒸養(yǎng)條件下水泥水化產(chǎn)物與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)下基本相同,但水化產(chǎn)物數(shù)量有大幅提高,且有少量C_9S_6H_(18)和鈣礬石(AFt)穩(wěn)定存在。輔助膠凝材料的適宜匹配,使水泥石結(jié)構(gòu)較致密,蒸養(yǎng)強(qiáng)度較高。少量硅灰的摻加,有利于優(yōu)化水泥石結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)蒸養(yǎng)條件下水泥石強(qiáng)度發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Using the test methods such as XRDX SEMN TG- / DSC-MIP, The difference of physical properties and hydration characteristics of composite cementing materials, such as slag and fly ash, under atmospheric pressure and high temperature steam curing was studied. The results showed that the hydration products of cement were basically the same as those under standard curing under the condition of atmospheric steam curing at 85 鈩,
