減水劑對PVA-ECC高溫后力學(xué)性能的影響試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:對加入減水劑和未加入減水劑的聚乙烯醇纖維增強(qiáng)水泥基復(fù)合材料(PVA-ECC)測定了不同溫度作用后的立方體抗壓、棱柱體抗折及薄板抗彎強(qiáng)度.發(fā)現(xiàn)加減水劑PVA-ECC的各項(xiàng)殘余力學(xué)性能均比無減水劑PVA-ECC的對應(yīng)值大;室溫狀態(tài)下的立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度增加85%,棱柱體抗折強(qiáng)度增加38%,薄板抗彎強(qiáng)度增加60%.與室溫值相比,無減水劑試件在200℃時的立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度和棱柱體抗折強(qiáng)度分別增加3.9%、8.7%,薄板3點(diǎn)抗彎強(qiáng)度下降14.1%,加減水劑試件對應(yīng)的3項(xiàng)力學(xué)性能則分別降低31.4%、55.3%、39.7%.而當(dāng)達(dá)到400℃時,無減水劑試件的棱柱體抗折和薄板抗彎強(qiáng)度損失率分別達(dá)75.7%和62.5%.600℃時,無減水劑薄板只剩1塊,其余2塊已經(jīng)剝落.800℃時,無減水劑立方體試件已經(jīng)剝落,加減水劑立方體試件的抗壓強(qiáng)度損失率也已達(dá)80.1%.
[Abstract]:The compressive resistance of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement matrix composites (PVA-ECCs) with or without water reducer at different temperatures was measured. It is found that the residual mechanical properties of PVA-ECC with water reducer are higher than those of PVA-ECC without water reducer. At room temperature, the compressive strength of the cube increases by 85, the flexural strength of the prism increases by 38 and the flexural strength of the sheet increases by 600.Compared with the room temperature, The cube compressive strength and the prism flexural strength of the water-reducing agent free specimen at 200 鈩,
