梯形渠道凍脹數(shù)值模擬與邊坡系數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了得到梯形襯砌渠道適宜的保溫措施和渠道斷面形式,采用考慮混凝土材料非線性特性及基土與襯砌間接觸力學(xué)行為的梯形襯砌渠道凍脹破壞熱力耦合數(shù)值模型的方法,以黑龍江蛤蟆通灌區(qū)總干渠為原型渠道,分析了3種不同保溫措施對渠道凍脹量的影響,與不設(shè)置保溫措施的對比段進(jìn)行比較,并應(yīng)用該模型分析了不同邊坡系數(shù)對梯形渠道凍脹適應(yīng)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,綜合考慮工程安全性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性,黑龍江省蛤蟆通灌區(qū)渠道最優(yōu)保溫板厚度為渠坡10 cm,渠底12 cm,與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相一致;當(dāng)梯形渠道保溫板厚度取最優(yōu)值時,梯形渠道最優(yōu)邊坡系數(shù)為2,此時渠道襯砌適應(yīng)凍脹性能較好,工程造價也相對較低;研究結(jié)果可為黑龍江及其他北方地區(qū)梯形渠道提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain suitable insulation measures and channel section form for trapezoidal lining channel, a coupled numerical model for frost heaving failure of trapezoidal lining canal is adopted, which takes into account the nonlinear characteristics of concrete material and the contact mechanical behavior between base soil and lining. Taking the main canal of Toyutong Irrigation District in Heilongjiang as the prototype channel, the effects of three kinds of heat preservation measures on the frost heaving volume of the canal were analyzed and compared with the comparison section without heat preservation measures. The model is applied to analyze the influence of different slope coefficients on the frost heaving adaptability of trapezoidal channel. The results show that the safety and economy of the project are considered comprehensively. The optimal thickness of canal insulation board is 10 cm for slope and 12 cm for bottom of canal, which is consistent with the test results, when the thickness of trapezoidal channel insulation board is optimal, The optimum slope coefficient of trapezoidal channel is 2. At this time the channel lining has better adaptability to frost heaving and the engineering cost is relatively low. The results of the study can provide a reference for the trapezoidal channel in Heilongjiang and other northern regions.
