建筑智能化工程項目施工進度管理

【摘要】:工程項目施工進度管理一直是工程項目管理中的重要內容之一,其目標是在一定成本限額及規(guī)定的工期內保質完成項目。因此合理的項目施工進度計劃和施工中的有效監(jiān)控是項目進度管理的最重要環(huán)節(jié),換句話說,項目進度管理是否成功由計劃和監(jiān)控直接決定。目前編制進度計劃的常用方法有橫道圖,關鍵路徑法和計劃評審技術等,橫道圖雖然簡單易用,但只適用于小型項目;關鍵路徑法和計劃評審技術均基于網絡技術,能運用于中大型項目,但這兩種方法在編制計劃時僅了考慮工序間的邏輯關系,未考慮到系統(tǒng)內部的資源約束問題和人的行為因素,且在每道工序中考慮了過多的安全時間,這必然會導致依據此方法編制的進度計劃不是最合理和可行的計劃;诩s束理論的關鍵鏈技術提出,為這些問題的解決提供了一種解決思路。本文結合建筑智能化項目的特點,首先,在編制基于關鍵鏈技術的項目進度計劃時,改進關鍵鏈網絡圖中緩沖區(qū)大小計算的方法,該方法考慮了工序內外部影響因素,通過計算工序重要性因子v、工序作業(yè)風險彈性因子r和工序復雜度因子c來抵消項目不確定性對施工進度的影響,并采用蒙特卡羅方法仿真來驗證該方法的可靠性和合理性;其次,將掙值法引入到關鍵鏈項目進度監(jiān)控,并指出傳統(tǒng)掙值法的一些不足,針對這些不足,采用了二級掙值法,即在計算項目掙值的時候,還需分析關鍵鏈和非關鍵鏈的掙值,這樣才能更準確的判斷進度偏差原因,有利于項目管理人員有針對性的采取措施。最后,通過運用一個建筑智能化工程實例分析和驗證了本文改進的方法和構建的模型能夠有效的控制項目進度。
[Abstract]:The construction schedule management of engineering project is one of the important contents in the engineering project management all the time. The goal is to complete the project within a certain cost limit and within a specified period of time. Therefore, reasonable project construction schedule planning and effective monitoring during construction are the most important aspects of project schedule management, in other words, Whether the project schedule management is successful or not is directly decided by the plan and monitoring. At present, the commonly used methods for drawing up the progress plan include the cross track diagram, the critical path method and the plan evaluation technology. Although the cross track diagram is simple and easy to use, it is only suitable for small projects; Both the critical path method and the plan review technology are based on network technology and can be applied to medium and large scale projects, but these two methods only take into account the logical relationship between the processes in the preparation of the plan. Not taking into account resource constraints and human behavior factors within the system, and taking into account excessive safety time in each process, This will inevitably lead to a progress plan based on this method which is not the most reasonable and feasible plan. The key chain technology based on the constraint theory is proposed. This paper combines the characteristics of intelligent building projects, first of all, when compiling the project schedule based on key chain technology, the method of calculating buffer size in critical chain network diagram is improved. In this method, the internal and external factors are considered, and the influence of project uncertainty on the construction schedule is offset by calculating the process importance factor v, the process risk elasticity factor r and the process complexity factor c. Monte Carlo simulation is used to verify the reliability and rationality of the method. Secondly, the earned value method is introduced into the key chain project progress monitoring, and some shortcomings of the traditional earned value method are pointed out. That is, when calculating the earned value of the project, we also need to analyze the earned value of the key chain and the non-critical chain, so that we can more accurately judge the cause of the progress deviation, which is conducive to the project managers to take targeted measures. Finally, An intelligent building engineering example is used to analyze and verify that the improved method and the constructed model can effectively control the progress of the project.
