【摘要】：本文回顧人類"用水"和"治水"導(dǎo)致河流空間逐漸萎縮與形變,以及河流自然系統(tǒng)加速惡化等問(wèn)題,以瑞士蘇黎世州圖爾河河口防洪及河漫灘修復(fù)項(xiàng)目為具體案例,通過(guò)解析項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)和措施,回顧其防洪治水理念的革新歷程,提取與自然修復(fù)保持高度一致性的現(xiàn)代防洪措施的具體方法及要點(diǎn),以期為我國(guó)防洪治理和自然修復(fù)實(shí)踐提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the problems of "water use" and "water control", which lead to the gradual shrinkage and deformation of river space, as well as the accelerated deterioration of river natural system, etc. Taking the project of flood control and floodplain restoration at the estuary of the Tourr River in Zurich, Switzerland, as a concrete case, By analyzing the objectives and measures of the project, this paper reviews the innovation course of its flood control concept, and extracts the concrete methods and key points of modern flood control measures which maintain high consistency with natural restoration. In order to provide a useful reference for the practice of flood control and natural restoration in China.
